They didn't change my oil!! Exactly 7 days after these guys supposedly changed my oil, took the car into another shop for some scheduled maintenance that an oil change place doesn't do and they showed me the oil..it looked like mud and was a quart low. Wth GM??? did you change the oil??? b/c you DID charge me $100 for it!!! Thanks for nothing. 3/14 update: GM responded the day I posted this and said there is video of the tech changing my oil and I was welcome to come and take a look (I would have but don't have that kind of time...which is why I get the oil changed rather than change it myself in the first place.). They went on to suggest that sometimes when an engine is "really" dirty the oil will look like that (give me a break. The second guy actually changed it and it doesn't look like that and a new filter would never look like that after a week either.) he went on to suggest that the other place could be lying. I guess do but seems like a pretty elaborate scheme to keep dirty oil and filters laying around to scam someone for 40 bucks. So I guess draw your own conclusion but make sure you watch when your oil is changed. I disputed the charge on my card so I'll get the money back. read more

Came in for an oil change. They have two car bays. There was one car on each bay. Both owners were outside relaxing on the picnic tables. Both looked like they had been there for a while. Wasn't quoted a wait time. Asked for a wait time they said it was 20-30 minutes per car. I waited 45 minutes. They didn't finish with either car or even start on my car. They did t update me with the wait time. A bunch of people were standing around talking. One technician came out to upsell one of the other car owners who had his car in the bay a fresh air filter. I left at this point. Almost an hour, no updates, slow service, will not be back. I went down the street to valvoline instant oil change it took thirty minutes. Go anywhere else instead. read more

I have to remember why I never come to these places because you never know if they're actually doing what they say they're doing, plus they AAALWAAAAYS overcharge. Unfortunately Firestone was booked up and Walmart is being a bunch of pansies and not even touching vehicles due to Covid STILL... so I was limited in choices. The main guy was nice and showed me the packages. I chose the $58 full synthetic oil change. Then at the end they wanted to sell two overpriced air filters and said I really needed a transmission flush (hmm NO WAY in regards to the transmission flush! I learned my lesson from that in the past with another vehicle). I said let's just stick with the oil change and it ended up being 65 bucks WITH a 10 off coupon (then up to 75 with all the extra charges) because they charged all these extra fees and some waste fee and whatever... I could have got the same oil change at Walmart and KNOW that it was done right for 40 bucks, but 75! Good grief! NEVER AGAIN! read more

I brought my car in several times to this location and it's ridiculous how unorganized they are. They serviced several cars that came in after me in the other line and completely ignored me and the car in front of me. I have never needed to wait more than 20-30 mins to get serviced. Last time I spent 1 1/2 hrs with only 1 car before me when I originally pulled in. They have kids working here who didn't know what they were doing and didn't care to inform me or anybody the customers that there would be wait. I was told 30-40 mins and it took twice as long. Took my truck in for a quick change, only one car ahead of me. Sat in line for 45 minutes waiting for them to finish one car. Finally someone came to my window and told me to get out because they can't have any "rookie drivers" pulling in. Only to have an employee clearly years younger pull it in. I've always gone to this location for my oil change, except for when I'm lazy. The guys here are super friendly and amazingly fast. They don't push too hard on suggestive selling which is nice while it's understandably still their job too. They were honest with me about my transmission fluid and said that it's fine, but a little over filled. I explained that it was a different grease monkey that did it. The mechanic confessed that while they all share the name, the stores are individually owned and recommended me to visit their location on a regular basis. It doesn't pay to be lazy - lesson learned. :) read more

Went there this week for a full-service oil change (I received a $5 off coupon in the mail). Kind of a hole in the wall place on the older side of Broomfield, but was typical of what I've seen for the quick oil change places. Easy, nice and friendly. I pulled my car up, someone quickly came up and asked what they could help me with. I responded that I needed an oil change and the rest was taken care of. Plastic cover placed on my seat. About halfway through they came in showing me my cabin air filter and explained that it would be best to replace them and told me the price right there, I agreed to have them replaced but didn't feel pressured to do so. After the oil change was complete I returned to my car and found it was vacuumed and the front windshield was clean. Very quick and friendly service. read more

Went in for a basic oil change. While the oil change seems to be alright (besides the outrageous price), the manager was, for lack of better words, was a disrespectful jerk. He would not honor a $5 coupon (yes really, $5.00) even though an employee had ok'd it beforehand. When he denied the coupon, he spoke down on me and treated me with complete disrespect. Terrible. If I could give less stars I would, but I'm writing this as a warning for other customers. Do not take your vehicle here! I took my truck there for just an oil change. I made sure to tell them that was all I wanted, but still they brought me various fluids smeared on a rag and told me I needed to have my transmission fluid flushed. So I said ok, and watched through the window as they worked. I noticed they were putting something labeled ATF I to my truck and asked what that was. (Assuming it was automatic Transmission fluid.) it was! And the problem is that my truck is not an automatic. They assured me it was all the same. I doubted this and when I tried to leave the truck wouldn't even go into gear. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wouldn't be in until tomorrow. I had to call a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and bring it home. The next day when I called the manager he began yelling and said "his assistant already told him all about it and it came in that way!" And after trying to explain how it couldn't have possibly been that way and why would you put ATF into a stick shift, he then just hung up on me. There's no way it came in with ATF or it wouldn't have driven just like it wouldn't after they were done with it. I had to have it towed to yet another shop and pay for them to flush the transmission and refill it with the correct fluid. The next time I went to have the oil changed at the dealership they informed me that grease morons had also stripped the bolt on the oil pan. Thanks for nothing morons! Avoid this place at all costs! They will damage your vehicle! read more

I took my car in for it's 5th oil change to this location. As usual, the staff were all smiles and very friendly. The wait was a little longer than usual, however, the staff checked in on us and thanked us for waiting every 10 minutes or so. A technician brought me out to my vehicle to show me a crack in the motor mount, and suggested that I have it fixed. They even offered to fix it for me, however, they needed to research the parts, and call me later. Later that day when I was heading home from work, my car stalled and I had to have it towed to a local shop. The shop told me that it stalled because the oil cap didn't get put all the way on and there were pressure issues with it not being all the way sealed. Why did I give them 5 stars you ask? Because I brought the car to the shop Monday morning and Sam, the owner, was there. I explained what happened, he immediately apologized, and offered to refund me for the cost of having car fixed. He also offered me a free oil change to come back. As a franchise owner myself, I respect and am satisfied he took ownership over the mistake, and didn't make excuses of why it happened. Mistakes happen, we're human, and we move forward. I forgive them, and do plan on coming back. read more

These guys are absolutely the best. Before going any further, they came in and told me that the oil filter cap was super tight and it might break if they keep trying to get it open. They said it's about $95 to replace it so they wanted to know if I wanted them to keep trying or not. I told them no. Then, he went online and found it on Amazon for about $25 and told me to go home, order it myself, and they would put it on for $10. There are still some good people in the world!! read more
