So I'm back to update my review - I'm giving today's visit a 5 star rating and balanced with yesterday's zero is why it's a 3. I received a sincere apology. Jacob was really great and took care of checking out and diagnosing my vehicle. Beside the fact that I need more repairs, I left today's visit satisfied and will be back. 8/27 Can I give 0 stars for my experience today? I Was told on 8/26 by Jason the manager come in and leave my car today 8/27 and they'd prioritize looking at it. I called because less than one month ago they replaced my brakes rotors shocks and struts and new tires and the car sounds like something is going to fall off underneath!! Date of service 7/30 Left car with them at 8:30 today 8/27 spent money on lyft home to work no call from them all day and the phone number for them as listed on website and receipts is 7203300455 which went straight to voicemail without even ringing all day! Spent money on Lyft back to see that no one had even looked at my car at all - technician who took my keys said it wasn't his job to deal with my car. I'm pretty disappointed to say the least I'll be back at opening tomorrow. read more

I took my car in for an oil change & told them multiple times my brake fluid was low & needed them to either top that off or let me know what needed to be done. I left my car to go run some errands. I got a call immediately about spark plugs "these are the worst spark plugs we've ever seen." - Ok replace them. I got another call about 10 minutes after wanting $700 to replace my brake pads AND rotors. Story seemed off on the amount of brake pad left and why I needed new rotors so I passed on that service. I repeated again on both calls that I needed my brake fluid looked at and topped off if possible, being assured both times they would take a look at it. Two hours later I hadn't heard anything, so I went back to the shop only to see that my vehicle had been done for quite some time. The girl helping check out was nice & seemed like she wanted to do right by me & help as much as she could. When we walked out to my vehicle, I asked again about the brake fluid and she said "oh we can't top that off because it would just put bubbles in the line. So you can bring it back and we can do a full flush and refill of the brake fluid." So while I appreciate the service when checking out, the rest of the process was not what I came in looking for. I needed an oil change and brake fluid check... and left with an oil change, new spark plugs, a strong push for new brake pads/rotors, and still low brake fluid. Decent experience but my suggestion would be stop trying to upsell me on new services and do what I asked you to do in the first place. read more

*This did not happen to ME personally, but happened to my mother in law this morning.* She went in for a routine oil change/oil filter change/full service (windshield wiper fluid, etc.), total of $102 for the Signature Service. Upon leaving, her car was already on and she left and went to get gas. As she turned her car BACK on to leave the gas station, she noticed they did not reset the computer showing an oil change was done. Her wiper fluid light was lit up on her dash. By this time, she was near the Arvada Jiffy Lube near 64th and McIntyre and she pulled in over there to have them check things out. The manager got her car in, and a technician met her at her car. My mother in law was informed an oil change had been done BUT it was LOW, so her oil had to be topped off. They verified the oil filter had been changed, but NO wiper fluid was added whatsoever. The location at 64th and McIntyre took great care of her car, topped off her oil and added windshield wiper fluid and reset the computer in her car at NO cost. My mother in law is very dissatisfied with the service she received at the 7331 Sheridan location. Paying $100+ for a Signature Service and not even getting the bare minimum is unacceptable. She states she will no longer have her car serviced at this location. read more

A little back story before the review so you can grasp the sense of my extended knowledge. Roughly 8 years ago I use to work for the Jiffy Lube corporation, so I have a pretty good understanding of the responsibilities of each role of the employees and the services that they provide. This location offers a few services that most Jiffy Lubes do not. Tire balancing and a full lift to do oversized vechiles instead of just standard size (cars) I asked for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation and denial of air filter and cabin air filter check. I asked if they offer military, law enforcement and first responder discount and they do which is 15% off incase y'all were wondering. The only thing I may question is the additional $20 fee for a synthetic oil change on top of the $70. I'm under 5 qts so no additional fee should be applied. Other Jiffy Lubes and Audi dealerships that I've been to never charged this. I just wanted standard 5-30W synthetic...but was told I cannot or would be unable to proceed with an oil change. Being over 70 miles away from home and with the oil light indicating I'm low, I didn't feel comfortable driving any further. (Oil consumption is common with turboed vechiles) Upon entering the lobby, my first impression was that it was immaculate. A Pandora station of classic rock leveled out without a drowning overwhelming sound to brighten the atmosphere. Water fountains and bathroom was clean as well. As I became to speculate from the glass into the bay area, it wasn't disorganized or cluttered. Everyone showed a level of professionalism. At the end of the transaction the greeter reexplained the reasoning behind the oil and manufacturer recommendations which aren't typically offered at Audi. I cross checked with Audi Service dept via phone call and it checks out. So don't feel like it's a scam, it's a legitimate oil. All in all best Jiffy Lube in Colorado that I've been to. read more

Had to plug it myself and after we called it in and the rep didn't seem like he was gonna do anything more other than "talk to his techs about it". Had an oil change a few months ago and saw oil dripping from my car, drove back and was told it was a sloppy work of draining the old oil. This past weekend, I'm figured I'd give them another try. Explained to them what happened the time before. Promised me that they will make sure it's clean, same BS happened again. I drove back, was quickly told it's my oil pan, I just had an oil change, the oil pan would not drip old oil and they told me my oil level is full. WTF?! Have tried 4 times to get spark plugs replaced in my pickup. Each time was met with a different excuse for the disappointment in customer service (and lack of actual auto service). The GM and associates at this location are the most unprofessional people I've met at a jiffy lube. After being told go in without appointment, sent aways because I didn't have an appointment, I finally convinced them to make an appointment only for them to not know what exactly they were servicing and for what. The GMs horrible attitude towards the work while my truck was in the shop and basically saying he doesn't want to work on my truck because of how busy he is and how hard it is, I gave up on asking for service and at that point who could even trust the location. Would not go here if you expect the associates to know what they're doing. read more

Firstly the attendant couldn't do the most basic thing like get my odometer reading, going as far as saying "I'll just guess on the mileage), secondly they tried to up sell me on everything imaginable including claiming my car required Full Synthetic by the manufacturer which is a complete lie. After my car sat in the bay for nearly a half hour (this doesn't include the 20 minutes it was sitting outside) before they got around to changing my oil. Then I was charged more than usual but honestly the extra $7 was worth getting away from the ineptitude of the staff. read more

I've always taken my cars into Jiffy lube in Louisville but my daughter ended up taking her car into this one, the oil change took about 10 min which was sketchy for me and the guy didn't even show me my daughters filter or show us what they had did as far as the fluids, and they didn't even put a sticker on the windshield like every other Jiffy lube I've taken my car into, now I'm taking my daughter to jiffy in Louisville now because I don't feel comfortable with the Westminster location. $100 Oil Change caused $10,000 in damages!! If you want your vehicle to maintain a function engine, then DO NOT get an oil change at this Jiffy Lube. After getting our "Oil Changed" at this location, 112 miles later our vehicle had no oil remaining in it. This little mishap cost us our company over $10,000 as we had to replace a brand new engine. Instead of Jiffy Lube owning this mistake, they sent us to their insurance company and almost 6 months later, we still do not have any sort of resolution. Beware! I had an oil Chang and tire rotation done there on 2/15. They managed to completely strip one of my lug nuts and the stud too. They did have a new one delivered in about 20 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T KNOW CARS WELL! I took my older vehicle here on a recommendation from a friend. I figured why not it'd be convenient as after the oil change I could go across the street and get my shopping done. It takes two hours to get my car into a bay for a simple basic oil change. Just as I am close to telling them to forget it they pull the car in. At this point I am like okay just another 15 minutes to maybe 30 minutes. Next thing I know the manager Chris and a tech come out to tell me there is a list of issues with my vehicle. From dirty filters to needing a new battery cause the car won't crank over right away and the battery test shows it is going bad. They handed my a print out and all. I politely told them to just do the oil change that I requested and nothing else. I knew there was nothing wrong as I usually do all the work on my car and was only having someone else do the oil change this time as I wasn't feeling well enough to do the labor myself this time. Plus I had put a new RED top battery in just two weeks prior. An hour later and my car was finally finished. We go out to do the nonsense cap check and final look over where I found a rag had been left in the engine compartment, and a few loose bolts on the battery cable and the air filter box. Before leaving I pull my tools out of the trunk and tighten everything back down right there in front of the tech. Too top it all off a day later I noticed my car was leaking oil. The oil pan drain plug was loose and so was the oil filter. I ended up having to do an oil change myself and found that the oil was black! It looked like it hadn't even been changed. I'll never use a jiffy lube again and I hope this helps people so they aren't taken advantage of and fleeced by these people. read more

I was a loyal customer of this shop since they opened. One of the selling points was that with an oil change and lube, they would check and top off any of the fluids between scheduled services. I had a small leak in my truck's differential and went by there to check/top off the fluid and they wanted to charge me over $100 for a "differential service". I explained it several times so the manager knew that i just wanted fluid topped off, but he refused and said the differential service was all that they offered. Quick, friendly service. Stopped in without an appointment for an oil change. They were able to check me in promptly, and I was ushered to a waiting room. I chilled in the rather plain room with a jeep magazine for no more than 25 minutes when they were done. Asked to clean my k&n filter for $20 but I have all the stuff at home. Do not go to this Jiffy Lube. This review is about the experience a friend of mine recently had. Bottom line, this shop is run by scammers! As she drove away after an oil change, her check engine light came on. She returned and the y sold her $180 worth of parts that didn't fix the problem. They then tried to sell her another $400 issue and told her her car had a recall issue. She took it to a Kia deal that told her that the issue was caused by missing parts that could have only been caused during an oil change. She called Jiffy lube, and they said they reviewed the video of her oil change, and no parts were removed. She said she would be over to see the video, and suddenly they agreed to return all her money, and pay Kia to replace the missing parts. While it is a happy ending for her, it sounds like a quick coverup to keep her from going to a news station and exposing their scamming. I would beware of this location. read more

I've had two really wonderful experiences at this location. I came in for a routine oil change, and they let me know my air filter was due to be changed. They were out of the correct filter, so offered to run across the street to the auto parts store to buy one to put in. Turns out, the auto parts store was out as well; although Jiffy Lube erroneously charged me for the air filter as part of my bill, they called me immediately to apologize and issued a refund (I hadn't noticed it on my bill, but they did). I really appreciated their honesty when they easily could have said nothing for the extra charge. Last week, I purchased an air filter on my own and had every intention of doing it myself, but decided to go back to Jiffy Lube to have them do it. I pulled in about 30 minutes before closing, and the guys there helped me immediately. I fully intended to pay them for their time, but they didn't charge me and were incredibly nice about it. I had an interesting experience today with Jiffy Lube. I went to the Louisville store to get an oil change. They changed the oil ok, but then couldn't figure out how to remove the oil filter - a feat achieved at least twenty times by my previous mechanic. Apparently it was stuck. The manager suggested I go to the Westminister store as that store had an actual mechanic on duty. "Should you call them first?" I asked. "No, just show up" the Manager stated. BTW, he refused to charge me for the oil change. I was impressed by this. So I showed up at the Westminster location, to find out that the mechanic was not in, and I should come back tomorrow. He also said that the manager of the other store should have called first. Lovely. But then came Amber, the technician, to the rescue. Amber had overheard the conversation, and declared that she would figure out how to remove the stuck oil filter. An hour of hard labor later (45 minutes after the store was closed), she emerged with the oil filter. Because of Amber's diligence and dedication, I didn't have to come back the next day. And all was good. Thank you, Amber. Dear store owner: you have a great employee there! And because of her I look forward to bringing my car back in 5,000 miles. read more

You know those guys you're always afraid will tell you that your car needs work done, when it really doesn't? This location, has those guys. They read off a spew of things that "needed to be done," including that my brake pads were low and needed to be replaced (although I don't think they even do that kind of work). I'd just had them replaced 3 weeks prior, and even had the brakeshop let me see them brake pads to make sure they were in good condition. I also asked a friend who works in the auto world and he agreed the things they'd said I needed done, weren't necessary. I always use Jiffy Lube but won't be going back to this location. read more

About 1 year ago I stopped going to this Jiffy Lube due to the customer services and pushiness of the sale associates. I happened to go here today on a whim and was pleasantly suprised they were under new management with a new GM. Everyone there was friendly, professional and NOT pushy at all. We have repeatedly had poor experiences with this Jiffy Lube location, and today will be our last day ever bringing a vehicle in for service there. On our visits, we have experienced: -profanity so loud from the staff that we had to remove our children from the setting -inaccurate estimates of the cost of work to our vehicle and the time necessary to complete repairs -incomplete repairs that led to return visits Our December 11 incident (today) exemplifies the incompetency and lack of professionalism of those working there. At our December 6 oil change and tire rotation, the staff noted we needed new brake pads. That was quoted to us at $149.99, in writing, on our invoice. I took my car in for that repair today and again confirmed the price. An hour later someone called to say it would be $212 more. I asked him to go back to the manager, Chris, and request that they honor the quote. The manager then proceeded to tell me that the parts alone for this service are $350, and then we need to add 3 hours of labor (at $75/hour) on top of that. So a repair that started at $150 that day (twice confirmed) then became $575. We asked that our car be pulled off the blocks and no services be performed. Our research shows us that this cost isn't nearly comparable to what ANY other shops are charging for brake pads. I let Chris know of my displeasure and his response is "I get in the same amount of trouble for losing money as I do for a bad Yelp review, so do what you have to do." This is not an upstanding way to run a business. read more

I've been here with all 2 of my trucks and 1 suv..for oil changes for 3 years .today was a little differant ,1 of my trucks has high mileage so I got the engine flush ,oil change and a new battery .the last 2 times I've dealt with a guy who's name is Cleveland and this guys name should be (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ) I watched him dealing with a guy who's main purpose in life is to piss everyone off around him .and Cleveland handled it like a pro ...( the guy was just an ass.he was wrong)..being a mechanic myself I like taking a break from time to time but I dont trust easily...here I'm comfortable.
