Stay away from this company- they are not worth your time- here's my story- I had a toilet back up…read morelast month- my wife calls a hydrojetting company (roto rooter?) anyway we paid them $500 for the hydrojetting - we still had the issue 3 weeks later and then we called the pump company to get the septic tanks empty- they did it and we still had a blockage- they sent their partner company Art Hydrojetting and the guy just came and said he was here to hydrojet and has no info - calls his office multiple times- makes some videos to show how clean it is now ( btw it was clean before he even got there) anyway he leaves and acknowledges that he was not able to fix the issues- and can't do anything inside the toilet as it was some procedural and insurance issue- I told him that as he's not done anything I should be paying them minimum visit fee and nothing more- I received a text and bill for $550 - so thinking it's an error I text the owner stating the issue of inaccuracy and then the owner called me today and after threatening me and abusing me - I decided to just pay him as he wanted to see me as he knew where I lived- I was initially infuriated and then realized it's a toilet flush company- it is what it is- by the way- Kurt Kohler fixed it in 10 mins and no stress even helped me out with the mess they had created at a fraction of the cost- you should always research lessons learned- just not a happy experience. Anyway. It's a sh$&y job done I guess.

Exceptional Service…read more LA County only allowed three backflow testing companies to use so my choices are absurdly limited. The first one I called couldn't even tell me when she is available. She was like "uh, um...send the form to me first then I will tell you when I can come over." I was like lady get your priorities straight. How can you not know when you can come over over to do a backflow test? Ever heard of a calendar? The concept of time management? Jeez, the worst! The second company doesn't even know what their right hand is doing from its left hand. They didn't even know if they do backflow testing nor have any answer to my questions. I was put on hold multiple times so they can figure out if they do backflow testing, how much it would cost, or when they can even come over. They finally got their isters together and said the best they can come over is a month later. A month! You do know they threaten us by shutting off our water if this is not done? Yes, this is true folks. I was like screw this! The last one was like getting a little slice of heaven. They provided solutions for everything; not problems: Excellent customer service (thanks christina....i hope this is correct), immediately set up a date and time of service (within a weeks time), knew exactly where to service the device, and I didn't have to be there. It was so easy to take care of this due to their effectively managed service from phone call to testing. Mind you, these are the only approved testers and this company is pure success. I explained what was going in to the best of our knowledge, she diagnosed a probable slab leak. Brent came out, did a walk around and said call your insurance co. We asked if he could tell us what was going on and he said possible main break. No leak detection ( which i requested) charged 180.00 and left.I wouldnt call them again . I called called a different company and the whole vibe was different. Super nice. The guy came out found the issue immediately. Its being fixed as we speak. It was a slab leak nor was it a main break. But its zero starts for Kurt Bohmer.
