He also was able to repair 3 marble tiles in our foyer that had developed a hairline cracks due to the foundation cement cracking underneath, which was partially due to the original contractor not putting enough glue under the marble tiles. I dislike about 95% of the carpet out there ... but don't have the option of putting in hard floors. My pickiness was no match for Andrew, however; he helped me find that needle in the haystack. He pulled out collections that fit my criteria, throwing them on the showroom floor and having me home in on the promising ones via process of elimination. When I showed him some varieties of carpet that I liked from a company outside of The Floor Store's network, he researched them to see if their products met his standards and if working with them would go smoothly (not so much). He got an in-network vendor to send larger samples so that I could really see what various styles would look like in my home. And he walked me through the contract process step by step, making sure I understood exactly what I was signing and paying for. Once that contract was signed, everything moved quickly. Andrew checked in during installation and even humored me at the final stage, allowing me to give him a virtual tour once the carpet was laid. I would certainly recommend him and The Floor Store to anyone looking to get new hard floors or carpet. Noe and Maria arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the shower regrout and Noe even accommodated some last minute requests to add caulking in the kitchen and quarter round. Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. I would be happy to change my review to 5 stars if the team wants to come back for a full regrout on the floors, but I'm not planning to pay any more than I already have. I must have visited ANS two dozen times for a multi-room project that included three bathrooms, a kitchen with countertops, and an open-floor living room. I met Adam on my very first visit, and at the time I hadn't committed to any store, design, or plan in general. From that first conversation, I could tell he was going to be an incredible resource for the scope of our project. What I particularly appreciated was that Adam was never pushy in any particular direction. He listened to all of our ramblings, ideas, and issues and helped us find the right solution rather than trying to steer us toward a particular product. Throughout the multi-month process, Adam showed an incredible amount of patience, kindness, and proactiveness in helping us build our dream home. He started by asking about the styles and inspiration we liked, and from there helped us slowly whittle everything down to the right colors and designs for each room. He was incredibly knowledgeable about different stone types and finishes and how they would affect the overall look and feel of a room. He even went as far as creating beautiful, accurate AI mock-ups of our kitchen when we were indecisive between two countertops. Issue after issue, Adam helped us resolve things with as little stress as possible. At one point, the tile we had initially decided on didn't have enough material available for our project. By the very next day, he had a proper solution lined up, and we didn't experience any downtime on the project. He was constantly flagging potential issues for us to consider--honed vs. polished vs. leather (what a concept!), how different finishes would look in rooms with lots of light or very little light, and all the little details I wouldn't have thought about on my own. Over and over again, I kept thinking, "I couldn't do this without him," and results came out gorgeous. He also helped us purchase materials piecemeal so we didn't end up with a huge amount of leftover material, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. Finally, he gave us an excellent recommendation for a marble floor installer. Adam's vision and judgment were spot-on, and the outcome was even better than I could have imagined. He's handsome to boot. I really hope this review helps get Adam's potential and hard work recognized. It is genuinely no exaggeration to say I couldn't have done this project without him, and I certainly think a promotion or raise would be well deserved! Just working overtime to help render multiple AI samples I thought was genius to help us visualize things for those less imaginative.  Beyond Adam's amazing qualities, the entire team I encountered at ANS was incredibly kind and friendly. I genuinely looked forward to visiting every time. Alana and Victoria were always incredibly helpful on the days Adam wasn't there, and they were also happy to weigh in with their own thoughts and opinions. Lorraine was the sweetest and always had treats for my little pup. Robert was also always around as a friendly face. They treated each other really well, too, which says a lot about the environment at the company. And then there's the slabs team: Fernando, Sergio, and Greg. They were so incredibly patient and helpful whenever I needed to look at slabs. There were many times I would ask them to pull and display four different slabs for us to compare. Sometimes they had to do this multiple times in a single day, and sometimes right at closing because I arrived late. They never once made me feel bad about it, even though I'm sure it wasn't the most pleasant thing to do, and they were always incredibly gracious throughout the process. They also helped me and my team load six different truckloads of tile at various points. I mostly watched while providing lots of vocal moral support. One time they were having a BBQ, and Sergio even offered me a burger while Fernando manned the grill. Overall, ANS has an amazing, friendly team, and they have gained a forever client.
