After reading through all the great reviews about this company, I decided to give them a try, and I'm very glad I did. I had three other companies come out and none of them were able to figure out the issue with my boiler. The supervisor, Kevin, was recommended to come out and take a look at it on the second visit, and he was able to identify the problem. He discovered that a valve was stuck between the domestic hot water and heating loop. Once the valve was replaced, I noticed a significant improvement in the heating loop temperature, going from around 111°F to well over 160°F, and my heating system started working properly again. This company has been amazing to deal with from start to finish. They are easy to communicate with, very thorough, and provide detailed explanations of what they did during each visit. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the work and keep you informed throughout the process. If you have a combi boiler and are having trouble getting your heating system to work properly, I highly recommend asking for Kevin. He knows his stuff and will get your system sorted out!

The previous contractor said I needed to replace the condenser which couldn't be repaired. I decided to get another opinion and called Ryan F Murphy the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Christina was very understanding, and first thing Tuesday morning I was pleased to hear from Ryan, who, instead of just quoting me for a new condenser, told me he would be coming by that same morning to see the unit for himself instead of going by someone else's explanation. A couple of hours later, he was here, determined the problem was easily fixable, explained he was "90% certain" it could be fixed (very clear in his explanation), and that one particular part wasn't on his truck. Five hours later, Jimmy was here, and in minutes replaced the part and... eureka! We've got air conditioning again. Jimmy then checked over the system to see if there were any further issues. And to top it all off - not only are they nice people, but the price was fair (even including after-hours service) - and disclosed in advance. I continued to use them for service and had an issue my water heater leaking due to high pressure in the boiler which would indicate that the water heater needed to be replaced . The technician decided to try to replace the relief valve and the boiler continued to leak. I call them back and someone did come and said they should have released the pressure in the boiler to stop the leak until the water heater was replaced. Again they priced me on a water heater and again the pricing was very high. About a week later I received a bill for the additional trip. I called to question this second trip and was told the owner was charging me because I didn't give him the job for the new water heater. Bad business to say the least and in turn lost a good customer due to greed.
