We have been ordering from here awhile but this is my first review. Today we ordered a beef, chicken, and shrimp dish plus some small appetizers. All the dishes were tasty, delicious, and exactly as described. The beef and chicken were cooked perfectly so they were not dried out. They also included the usual sauces and extras like fortune cookies that you would expect. We ordered by phone and delivery was pretty quick. I was shocked by the quality of the food...the chow fun had little taste and was dry and oily. Before tonight I had only heard of oil "coating your mouth" and now I know what that feels like. The chicken in the war wonton soup had a fluffy texture and the broth was not great. It was clear the chicken (and shrimp) had been sitting in the broth for hours. The rice...was mush. Wow!!! I was completely satisfied with the half crispy duck!! It was tasty and cooked just right. That was My fist time ordering from there but it won't be my last. The parking lot is small for the different businesses there but there is parking in the back. I was satisfied with all the food I ordered and my kids who are picky eaters were also happy with the food. The Orange Chicken, Chow Mien, String beans and Kung Lao Chicken I recommend! The only negative is the delivery person was not friendly at all and that customer service means something too, so I suggest that they make sure that the delivery person represents the business and the food. read more

It's been a very long time since I been here and was very disappointed as soon as I walked in the door. They had two toddlers running around, one was screaming and the tables where just cluttered with junk. They have boxes stored on dollies in the main eating area. The floors are dirty and all the signs and advertisements inside are sun faded. This will be my last time here. Also the food was very bland and unacceptable. I use to come here years ago when they first opened and it has went down hill since then. Hint if you are going to eat here, call in and have it delivered so you don't have to see the mess and chaos. I gave two stars fir the mom struggling to run a business and keep a eye on two children at the same time. Otherwise it would have been one star. Clean this place up. read more

We order delivery from here often ... order through the yelp app. Very easy and convenient! Portions are nice. My husband always gets Mongolian Beef (it has a smokey flavor). I've been liking the garlic chicken. It has a nice sauce too. I've tried a few other things too. One that stands out is the General Tsao Chicken. That was yummy. read more

Well this is a first. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Wontons (among other things). Two bites in I realize something is.....missing. That's right there's no chicken. Actually there's absolutely nothing inside. They literally just fried up empty wonton dough and served it to us. They're just flat little dough patties. Not good at all! I got the lunch special Mongolian beef. I tried this place because it's one of the few places that sell orange shrimp now that Hong Kong garden is closed. Before I tried that I wanted to see how good this dish was. Unfortunately it was really bad. There were so many onions in the dish that I had to set them aside. There were green onions and regular ones. They should have called it onions with beef because it definitely didn't taste like Mongolian beef. There wasn't enough me at and the meat had a funny texture. The fried rice had way too much egg. I was eating huge chunks of egg every other bite. They gave 3 egg rolls which weren't bad but they were served cold. I've never gotten cold egg rolls before. I really wanted to love this place but I just couldn't. The lady was nice and friendly and the food was reasonably priced but that's about it. Wouldn't come back! read more

I usually come here because it's so close to my house. Today I placed a phone order and showed up in the "10 mins" they quoted to find that my food wasn't ready. Okay cool I got it, I didn't mind waiting. Clearly the cashier/owner whatever she is, has some personal business she's tending to during business hours. She charged me without hesitation and told me to wait, which I did. I get home and realize part of my order is missing, but was definitely charged full price. I call the establishment to point out the mistake just a courtesy heads up. She answers and clearly is also taking a personal call as well. Leaves the establishment phone running while she tended to her personal call. I hang up and call again, she answers with an attitude and again leaves the phone runnning while she completed her personal call. She then calls me back asking "yea what happened" I explain to her the incomplete order and at this point have lost my appetite. She cuts me off every chance she got and said she'd give me my credit back or she'll give me the item for free next time. At this point I'm just annoyed at how she handled the situation. You're running a business, show at least an ounce of professionalism read more

Been delivering from Rice Kitchen for a few months now. The food is tasty, comes in large portions, and is reasonably priced. They deliver for free with a minimum of $10. So far, they have been on time. My co-workers like it because they have a "weight watchers" menu that is low carb and low calories. I'm a fan of their walnut shrimp and kung pao chicken. Sometimes there is too much oil or sauce but you can request they go easy on both. Not too many good Chinese restaurants in the South Bay area so glad Rice Kitchen is around! read more

I haven't ordered from here in 9 months. I ordered for delivery using a phone app. Food was delivered in 30 min. I ordered combo fried rice, chicken chow mein, orange chicken and walnut shrimp. Walnut shrimp is my favorite and it is good here. I was not disappointed with the food, the food had good flavor, rather I did not enjoy the texture of the chow mein and orange chicken. The noodles in the chow mein were very soft, I think overcooked and mushy. The orange chicken I felt was also overcooked. The chicken was chewy and dry, but the flavor was good. Difficult for me to rate because there is a negative but also a positive. But I want both, cooked right and the correct seasoning and flavor. So Rice Kitchen loses some stars with me on this visit. I will order again, and I will skip chow mein and orange chicken. read more
