My all time fave is a sweet and sour protein plate. Here they have pork. Had this scrumptious dish twice and it was still amazing even as leftovers. The hubby was wowed at the generous portions of good looking food that was brought to us. Our servers were the sweetest, so attentive and kind. The curry is the stir fry kind and not the Indian-Japanese soupy style many other Hong Kong and Mandarin places are serving. The lady who served us seemed to be the same one who helped us a few years ago. She is pleasant and efficient and seems at least bi-lingual in Mandarin and English. Four stars because despite apparent gentrification attempts in the area, Carson is still a dangerous neighborhood and that is one of the main reasons we have not been back for a while.
