If you want to eat healthy, this is the place to go. I was craving vegetables and couldn't be happier with the varieties there. I customized the bowl to include purple rice, teriyaki chicken, kale, broccoli and mushrooms. It was really good and filling. This was one of the closest place for lunch after a visit to Air and Space museum (besides the food trucks). I arrived around 12 and the line was somewhat long...but not as long as what I saw later. I had their kalbi rice bowl and ny daughter had a customized noodle. My picky eater enjoyed her meal and that's unusual. For me, the broth was a little too plain. I guess if you pick different sauce and toppings, it might have been better. My kalbi bowl was good...though I did not think the meat was kalbi.
