Not mentioned even once, when I was there to drop off my car. I refused on the phone. Told my wife to never come there. This is the reason why shops get a bad name. Rafael was on the phone the entire time I talked to him. He doesn't want this job. I tried several shops that all have "front desk service" (including dealers) and none of them really understood and investigated the condition thoroughly. After several months, I realized that my mistake was dealing with middle persons not the real mechanic. The experience has been very disturbing. By chance, my neighbor suggested that I should try out Columbia Family Auto Care in Jessup. Young is the mechanic that owns the shop.
