Badly chipped drinking lip on tea Glass.

Wow, the last two times I've gone and to the both east and Mesa now, standards have plummeted. I'm gap-mouth shocked. I don't know if there has been new management in place or they are spread too thin opening the 3rd location but this has been substandard and not only in Presentation but even taste quality. Even service has been an issue at both locations recently. ‍SMH. People ask me where to go for the best BBQ, for over 10 or more years I've said Rib Hut if you like real Central Texas style, and the best tasting sauce. The sauce is still hittin'. But much has taken a fall. I'm posting two new pictures, one from 2023 and one from today. Same order. Small combo, 2 meats, chicken white meat and spare ribs with corn on the cob. One plate has a bright yellow whole corn on the cob with butter, and skewers so you don't have to get your fingers all corny. Two beautiful glistening spare ribs and a spilt smoked chicken breast still juicy. You just want to DIVE IN! To day I got a half corn cob, stick in a bowl with some butter in the bottom. Way over cooked, no plump kernels, no skewers and when asked for was told they don't have them. Ribs look dry, no shine, now they are presented on their side but even turned they lacked enough of that honey glaze. The chicken? Well it came as a whole breast, not choir in half. The skin was practically all removed it was dry, it was mealy it didn't even have a smokey flavor, in fact It had no flavor at all. There was no signature pink near the bone, a "smoke ring" if you will, that you normally see in chicken when smoked. This just tastes like ... water for lack of a better term. It had to have the sauce to pic it UP! I did not eat much and brought it home for the dogs. And I love bbq chicken. for me not to eat it, says something even to me. This is the Mesa location so of course it's all about the nostalgia in here and they got newer daisy-dukes curtains! Please, please figure it out guys, I know after so many years it's hard to constantly maintain a high level of consistency in labor and kitchen personnel and food quality. It's hard to keep up in the world today with Apple box turnover on the labor side and inflation on the product side. I'm rooting for you to WIN the battle in the end! And this is STILL the best BBQ in El Paso.

Service was good, felt like I was rushed to pay while I was still eating but the waitress seemed new so I didn't let it get to me. Ambiance was really nice. It gives that old town back in the day feeling. Food was delicious as always. It's the best place to get ribs in El Paso imo. Better than all the bbq restaurants around. Definitely recommend.

I checked out rib hut after being recommended by some of my El Paso based coworkers and overall it was good. They do a really good job of barbecuing I will say for sure, I definitely prefer a more moist rib but I could go there and eat again. The prices were really good and there was several items on the menu that I just wanted to try based off the description. The service was great, I love that they had TVs inside and from the outside of the building I didn't realize how much room was in there. All the staff were friendly. I would say to go check it out for sure!

This is the spot for Texas BBQ! We were recommended here from a local for a place to get local fare. We always like to try places that are family owned and operated or a small business instead of a chain restaurant when we visit new places. We were greeted promptly by Adriana and were seated quickly. Angel, our server, was helpful and attentive. When we were getting ready to pay we spoke with Adriana about the food (which was amazing!) and she informed us that everything is made in house and you can definitely tell! I ordered the miner potato- Yum! My husband ordered the brisket and the beef rib, with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. There is something for everyone on their menu and the pricing is good for what you get.

Ordered the rib hut sampler over a $30. 00 dollar plate take out. Got a child's plate 4 small ribs are you kidding me. Took a picture I will see if I can attach to this review. You just lost my business will not go back and I will let my 2 freinds know not to go there.

While waiting for it to be time to go to the El Paso Airport, being in Texas, my friend and I knew we had to have some BBQ, and found Rib Hut. The inside was very casual and small, but in the good way, and what you'd think of being in a BBQ restaurant. I was a bit disappointed with the food. I ordered the Combo Platter, which came with sausage, turkey, and I chose brisket as my meat add on. My two sides were fries and ranch beans. For the sides, I enjoyed my fries. Nothing special, but they were good. I wish the beans were baked beans versus ranch beans as they didn't have much as much flavor as I had hoped. For the platter, the brisket was my favorite dipped into the BBQ sauce. Without the sauce, the brisket was on the bland side. The turkey was the best seasoned and juicy. Some sausage pieces were good, but other pieces were too charred for my liking.

Driving through El Paso on a roadtrip and stumbled on this cute place. One of the few bbq places that are open past 3pm around downtown. Beware finding parking here is really hard as there are only about 20 spots, don't park at the Thai Tara spots. It has a cute homey unique vibe to place, sports playing on multiple TVs, and the servers were all super nice. Got the following dishes: 1)full brisket platter - about 1lbs of brisket, nice amount for the price ~$20, juicy, flavor was crisp but could use some salt 2) spare ribs- probably my favorite dish, could use more seasoning to it but had good amount of meat 3) beef ribs- my least favorite dish, it had a very strong charcoaled flavored, the big bone itself is deceiving with little meet on it With a couple beers all came to around $58 which was a better bang for its buck than we had at a different BBQ place in town

David was our server Me and my colleagues came from AZ, wanted some authentic bbq and we were not disappointed! Healthy sized portions for the price, everything came out hot and fast. Homey feel to the restaurant, if I ever find myself in El Paso again, you better believe I'll be back

You get a rib! You get a rib! You get a rib! So it should be noted that i subscribe to the theory that if in fact God took Adam's rib, then we owe it to Adam to eat ribs until we either grow our missing rib back or we just assimilate them one piece at a time. Even if neither comes to pass, im going to keep eating these ribs. Been coming here for over a decade. Best beef ribs and spare ribs Texas has to offer! Potato salad is amazing and don't skip on their green chili bacon mac and cheese! See you again rib hut, as soon as my stomach line recovers!

Thick slices with a beautiful smoke ring, deep flavor, and that perfect balance of tenderness and structure. It was juicy without being greasy, and the bark had just the right bite. The brisket sandwich was equally satisfying. Simple, honest, and generous, with crisp onions and a soft bun that let the meat shine. The ribs had great flavor, but were a bit on the dry side during this visit. Still enjoyable, but the brisket definitely stole the show. Sides were a mix. The green beans were outstanding. Easily some of the best I've had at a barbecue spot. Full of flavor and clearly cooked with care. The beans and cornbread were solid and comforting. The coleslaw, though, didn't quite stand out and was the only item I'd probably skip next time. The space itself adds to the experience. Open, casual, and unpretentious. It feels like a place focused on doing barbecue right rather than trying to be trendy. FYI: You order first & they bring out the food to you. Overall, Hallelujah BBQ is absolutely worth visiting, especially for the brisket and those green beans. I'll definitely be back.

I called to cancel the order and offered to pay for the materials and labor, but the team here gracefully refused. They insisted I didn't owe a dime and focused instead on my son's wellbeing. In an industry where a $400 loss is significant, their compassion was truly overwhelming. It's rare to find a business that puts people above profits so selflessly. I cannot recommend them enough--not just for their food, but for the incredible character of the people who run it. I'll be a customer for life every time I'm in El Paso.

He was a super good doggie though. The service was great, fast, and food was fabulous. I had the $19 Poke Bowl. I ordered before I noticed the price. Yikes! I had that, a water, and their fried oreos (to go), for a total of $26, after tip. Yikes! Not sure I can afford that again unless I do appetizer only.

As a regular meat eater, it's not necessarily the type of restaurant I would be attracted to but the service & meal was very pleasant. Jake was on point with his service & recommended the daily specials - which included the "meat"ball sub sandwich with salad. I also opted in for the Mac & Cheese appetizer because it sounded great. Ordered a manzanita drink (drink selection is a little different than many other restaurants). The Mac & Cheese appetizer was delicious! Actually, my favorite part of the meal! The sub sandwich came with a simple green salad that was a nice combo. The sandwich bread was soft & warm and included meatballs covered in sauce & melted cheese. Not bad at all but due to my own personal preference the meatballs weren't my personal favorite. In the future, I think I'll lean toward options that don't feature "meat" because of my preference but for those who look for or prefer vegan options, go visit Jake & check out this new downtown El Paso eatery!

The dishes were very well made, as if the owners were preparing them for themselves. We could tell a lot of care went into preparing them. I ordered Gom Bibim. The dish was visually pleasing and delicious. The flavor of the noodles was light. Often, the noodles in bibim kooksoo are drenched in sauce. These were prepared just right. The bedding of mixed greens were very fresh and paired nicely with the spicy noodles. My daughter ordered Gom Tang. The dish was good. The broth was a bit saltier than the traditional gom tang.
