Nice community area and pool. Maintenance staff are great. Management staff are HORRIBLE. Sticklers about keeping your patio/balcony clean (I had kids toys out and they hassled me) but don't worry you can have all the dog shit laid out. Charge for everything little thing at move out.

Rent is high and management is close to non-existent. The carpet in the hallways is disgusting. Parking!!! Parking is and has been a consistent issue. We pay extra for a garage just to secure 2 spots, it's a hassle. Cars are struggle parked on curbs everyday. Loud music blaring from cars until late. Tenants are really inconsiderate here and allow their kids to run and scream up and down the halls at all hours. Balconies are becoming like storage units. People will put anything from bicycles to jungle gyms on their patios. Trash cans are left out all day long. People do not clean up after their pets. To pay $1700+ a month to live in this ghetto is embarrassing! I think I speak for all of us when I say, we miss Eric!!! I've lived here a little over a year and it has progressively gotten worse! Sky at Chandler Airpark was amazing and I miss it!

Her positive attitude and willingness to help are truly appreciated After living here for five years, I can honestly say that having someone like Lane in the leasing office makes a difference. You are not just an apartment number, you are a community resident and the staff truly wants to help you LIV your best life. Leasing Agent Lane Farrell is an absolute doll. She's always smiling and upbeat and genuinely takes interest in your life. She's always quick to lend a hand and goes out of her way to help you in any way she can. On numerous occasions she's assisted me with maintenance requests for filter changes and routine pest spraying, to personally delivering packages when I am unable to walk and get them! She really is what LIV is all about and makes it her mission to ensure LIV is a pleasant and desirable place to call home. In my almost 12 years at LIV, I have had very few maintenance issues, but when I have, the turn around time has been less than a day. You will be hard pressed to find another community that can match that!! The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and fixes things right the first time. Of course the apartments and amenities speak for themselves. They don't skimp on providing the best appliances, stylish fixtures and state of the art technology for heating/cooling, easy entrance and excellent security. In the time I have lived here I have NEVER witnessed any questionable activities, felt threatened or scared, or had any safety issues. LIV is a nice mixture of families, seniors, students, and working professionals. The diversity is so enjoyable and makes community activities so much more fun. The activities are geared toward everyone. Happy Hour once a month, Yappy Hour for the furry residents, Kid's Club, and numerous fitness activities....these are just a few of what LIV offers to promote community! I don't have children, but if you do, LIV sits in the best school districts in the state; academically and athletically. That's a huge plus for families. LIV is also near many major employers in the Valley such as Intel, Northrop Grumman, and Wells Fargo. LIV is nestled amongst some of the best shopping and dining with new stores and restaurants opening monthly. You can shop at Chandler Fashion and the San Tan Outdoor shopping center and then grab a fabulous meal and catch a comedy show in downtown Historic Chandler. Or, if a quiet night in is what your prefer, LIV's beautiful heated pool and barbecue area located in the maticulously groomed grounds are just steps from your door. I hope this helps you as you look for a place to call home. LIV is a comfortable, caring community where you can feel safe, count on the staff to ensure your needs are met and exceeded, and be stone's throw from exceptional schools, shopping, employers, and terrific dining experiences. Come be my neighbor!! Lane is waiting to help you get moved in!!!

We moved in about 15 days ago and everything has been pretty much perfect!…read more I'm pretty shocked to see negative comments about the office staff. When we toured the apartments they were extremely friendly, and even when there was an error on their background check that initially disqualified us from moving in, the staff was very friendly, professional, and helped us get the matter resolved. Long story short, they use a 3rd party for their background screenings and the 3rd party got some bad information. We contacted them and it was resolved the same day. The staff had no issue holding our apartment for us while we worked with the 3rd party to get the matter resolved. Another issue I've read about is train noise. Yes, there is a railroad track right next to the property and the trains run night and day. I'd say there's roughly 3-5 that run throughout a 24 hour period. The first night here I woke up due to a train blowing it's horn, but since the first night I haven't had issues. I'm not the deepest of sleepers either, but I guess I got used to the noise pretty fast. The actual sound of the train on the tracks is like white noise, and not every train that goes by blows the horn. Our unit is located facing the courtyard so I can't speak to the train noise volume for those units facing the tracks. The actual apartment units are wonderful. When we moved in everything was spotless. There are a few very small issues such as the cabinet door where the garbage can goes not closing all the way and some paint chipping from the bottom of a door trim. When we brought these things up in our move in check list they immediately offered to send someone over to fix them, but honestly it's not even necessary. You would have to really be nit picking to even notice this stuff. Soft closing drawers, beautiful subway tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances, huge over sized sliding glass doors, high ceilings, big balconies, beautiful vinyl flooring... I mean there's not much else you could really ask for. The only thing that would be nice to have would be a wifi thermostat, but again, I'm nit picking. The neighbors seem very pleasant and friendly. Everyone says hello when you walk by them, most people are pretty good at cleaning up their dog's poop, and so far nobody has been blasting music or TV at odd hours of the night. As far as noise goes, you can hear people above you when they are walking around with shoes on, but honestly that's to be expected in an apartment complex and it's much less noisy than any other apartment I've lived in. We did a lot of research prior to moving here and this place checked all the boxes for us. You can easily walk to downtown Gilbert where there are tons of new bars and restaurants. The amenities in the complex are awesome including a nice gym with free weights, squat rack, and even a Peloton bike. A pool and hot tub that are both heated. Grills scattered around the property so you don't have to venture very far to get your BBQ game on. Valet trash service 5 days a week so you don't even have to walk your trash down to the dumpsters. Cable and internet included which surprisingly has great connection speeds (over 100mbps over wifi) and a number of channels. They even have an app that you can download that has a profile for all of the residents and their pets. (You don't have to have a public profile if you don't want to.) You can set up play dates for your dogs on the app, sign up for dating, get notifications about packages being delivered, pay your rent, and get notified about the many community events that are happening. Just last weekend they had a wine & paint event and they have food trucks scheduled nearly once a week. I know this is long winded and I know I've only been here for a few weeks, but I gotta give credit when it's due and this place has been awesome for us so far. If anything changes I'll be sure to update my review. Hopefully these good reviews don't lead to the rent being raised at the end of the lease because we plan to stay here for awhile.

Everyone…read morewho smokes does so on their patio so if you are one of those unlucky renters that is above one of those inconsiderate individuals then get ready to never be able to open your windows or leave them open and come home to your place smelling like smoke. Second hand smoke causes cancer. This should be a nonsmoking residence or it should not be allowed to smoke on your deck or the complex needs to make one of the buildings a smoking building. The smoke goes straight up into your apartment. People are willing to get cancer smoking cigarettes but they can't do it in their own place... they would rather share it with others who have no choice. I hope the apartment complex will make the adjust soon because it is really frustrating not to be able to enjoy the patio when your neighbor smokes 5-6 times a day on the patio for 20 minutes at a time. They also toss there cigarettes into the bushes from the second level by the walk way which is wonderful since maintenance works so hard doesto keep it clean. UPDATE - They are making the apartment smoke free complex soon!!!!!!!! And the office staff is amazing. All the new girls are wonderful.
