They offered to sell me the smaller more expensive bags at the same price per pound as I would have paid for my regular bag. Then they called me to let me know when the shipment arrived and set aside a bag for me. How nice is that?! The staff seem to be authentically interested in assisting customers, unlike many stores who have employees who seem annoyed when anyone shops there. Also, the selection of products is great. If you have pets and want the best for them AND you want to know that the staff is there to assist if you should need it, this is definitely the store for you.

Made sure all vaccines were up to date Made sure he was sent home with top of the line food , chip ,etc. The lady who helped me was very passionate about her job, and u could tell she absolutely loves what she does. Upon that visit my pup faced some medical challenges and was treated God willing successfully, thru the wonderful care of Titan and ocean state drs. ​the owner of perfect puppy followed up and went above and beyond to help. He took care of the expensive visit with Titan and helped off set a large amount of the medical expense. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of dogs and breeds. He stated he has been in the industry since a young age . I was so relieved he off set some of the cost. I have 2 children one is autistic We purchased our puppy as a companion for both. My puppy is a top recommended breed for children with autism. To date he has brought so much love and emotional connection to all of us. Both my children get hrs. Of joy from playing with him as well as my husband and myself lol. Forever grateful and thankful​
