    Blueberry pie matcha

Came here for their infamous blueberry pie matcha. Firstly the matcha was very well mixed- idk what matcha they use but it tastes very well! I wish the blueberry was more, it was a tad faint for me. But overall great drink! It was also cool that they had a store connected to their cafe, I believe it was a thrift store.

The blackberry pie matcha was everything I hoped it would be. The blackberry flavor was fresh and balanced perfectly with the earthy matcha. The cream brings it all together for a truly delicious concoction. The service was friendly and fast. At $8, the matcha is pricy but not out of the ordinary for a speciality drink in the city, especially one this delicious. I noticed they pour the matcha out of squeeze bottles, so it's not freshly made for each drink, but it helps with the faster service. There are a few tables and chairs, and it's connected to a cute shop next door. My drink tasted good, and I love a sweet drink, so I'd definitely get it again.

Rhythm Zero is another matcha and coffee spot in NYC. They also had some pastries. The line was quite long, showing its popularity among locals and tourists. The interior pretty chic yet simplistic. We go the Yuzu Matcha and Blackberry Pie Matcha. The Yuzu Matcha tasted like a sparkling citrus-y soda, so not that special. But the Blackberry Pie Matcha was splendid. It really did taste like a blackberry pie in the best way. I think that drink alone might have converted me to a matcha lover! I would come back just for the Blackberry Pie Matcha. A sweet drink that was balanced out by the matcha.

This blackberry pie matcha was truly, genuinely the BEST drink I've had in nyc. Of course, it's not a particularly matcha forward drink and it is obviously sweetened with blackberry jam, so if you're looking for something unsweetened or strong in terms of matcha, this isn't the drink for you. But if you're like me and you do like your matcha sweetened, I would highly highly recommend trying this!!! Staff was also really kind and recommended the blackberry pie matcha, and there were a few seats available when I went. Cafe is attached to a sister clothing store.

Worth the hype! The line went by very quickly and didn't have to wait too long for the viral matcha drink. I'll definitely come back for it. It was perfect for the summer heat!

Was initially a little bit skeptical about Rhythm Zero because of the line, but it was really delicious! I'm not usually the biggest fan of a fruit flavored matcha, especially ones that have a dessert in the name, but the blackberry pie matcha was made so well. The blackberry flavor came through, the "pie" part of it was not too overwhelming, and the earthiness of the matcha was still present. I also had some of the coconut americano, which was americano foam on top of coconut water. It was incredibly refreshing on a hot summer day and balanced out the richness of the blackberry pie matcha perfectly! Not too much space inside of hang out, and there are so many people moving in and out that it's not necessarily a chill spot, but I would definitely return if the line looked manageable.

Honestly not worth the hype unless you like your matcha to taste anything else but matcha. The blackberry pie matcha is their most popular and I don't know why that is. It tasted like cereal milk so if you're into that I guess you would like it. The pear sugar latte was okay, a lot of cinnamon so it overpowered the coffee. The yuzu matcha was pretty refreshing but again no matcha flavor came through. Would not come back.

This place was one of the busiest coffee stops we visited in New York. We came on a Saturday around 1 PM and the line was already stretching all the way through the shop... and when we sat down for our drinks.. the line was out the door. We waited about 20 minutes to order and another 15 minutes for our drinks. Seating is extremely limited, so we got lucky when a table opened up right as we got our order (seems like a common theme for us thankfully!!) They also have a small clothing shop next door, connected to them but not sure if it's owned by them. We ordered the Coconut Americano, Matcha Yuzu, and an Iced Americano. The Coconut Americano was so so good. It was incredibly smooth and refreshing, with a clean coconut flavor that tasted like actual fresh coconut water rather than the artificial sweetness you get from the coconut juices at the store. The coconut complemented the espresso very well. The Iced Americano was also excellent. Bright, citrusy notes came through clearly, and the coffee was smooth and easy to drink without tasting bitter!! The Matcha Yuzu was the kind of disappointing... I was excited for the yuzu, but honestly couldn't taste much of it. The mint completely dominated the drink, making it taste more like a mint mojito than a matcha yuzu. Would I wait 35 minutes again just for a drink here? Probably not.... But I'd say for its reputation it's worth trying at least once.

Intriguing matcha combos I saw on TikTok! I was sucked in because I saw all the good reviews about their blueberry pie matcha. I didn't really read in depth about the reviews but one thing to mention is, make sure you get less sweet. I got regular sweet and it was really hard to taste the matcha. It definitely tasted like a blueberry pie which is so crazy since they were able to capture the depth of each flavor! The line might be intimidating but it honestly goes by really fast. My drink came out less than a minute after I ordered since they have 2 baristas in the back working simultaneously. Also love the minimalist interior inside!

I've been looking forward to visiting but honestly wasn't that impressed. The pastry was stale and the coffee was alright...with failed latte art...hoping that it was an off day because I do like the shop design.

So obviously I stopped at Rhythm Zero while shopping around the West Village on a Monday morning. There was no line! I have seen this all over my social media. I went with the Yuzu Matcha. I enjoyed it. It was nice and acidic from the yuzu. I was not in the mood for anything that tasted like dessert but now I'm kicking myself for not getting the blackberry pie matcha. Next time!

Four stars for the service!! Ive been hearing about this place for some time! so I finally decided to try it! I got a classic matcha with oat milk! The matcha is a vibrant green with a very earthy flavor and as someone who appreciates a good ceremonial grade matcha I enjoyed this quite a bit! I should've asked for some simple syrup! so if you're a true blue or green matcha fan, this is one to try!

this place is well known for its blackberry pie matcha, but I was kind of unimpressed, I couldn't taste the matcha at all as it was masked by the blackberry + milk. didn't really see the "pie" vision either, it was more like a milkshake. it tasted fine, but not worth a line or the hefty price tag

We only wanted coffee & tea yet after reading about their cookies, we bought 2! First, my English Breakfast tea was outstanding. The brand, serendipiTea. So good I didn't need to add sugar. They gave me the option of adding maple syrup. I added some Oat milk, it was delicious. Then after my 5th sip of tea I had the most delicious peanut butter gluten free cookie. So good! My hubby loved his coffee and chocolate chip cookies, he was speechless. Love this place.

The space is cozy with some seating, and apparently they have award-winning cookies... which I unfortunately cannot personally confirm because I had already eaten enough breakfast to feed a small village. I stuck with a vanilla latte. The coffee was good, the service was nice, and the space was welcoming. But the CHANDeliers?! Absolutely gorgeous and definitely one of the first things I noticed. I'd love to come back when I'm actually hungry enough to investigate these allegedly award-winning cookies because clearly I have unfinished business here. Cute spot, good coffee, gorgeous chandeliers--and apparently cookies that have trophies. I need answers.
