Ron provides a fair and honest diagnosis of the problem each time and they worked with me to make educated repair decisions. This past week I experienced furnace problems again, but this time the diagnosis was fatal. Ron and Deb worked with me to determine the most appropriate replacement solution, got me scheduled as soon as they could, and even offered to drop off space heaters at my home to help us keep warm until the new system could be installed.
