Now we need another one done, and Jimmy, one of their techs, came out to do a fall system check and noted that our second HVAC system was getting towards the end of life and that maybe we should schedule an evaluation to assess the system further and get estimates for a new system upstairs, as the downstairs unit was replaced about 2 years ago. We called and scheduled Jimmy to come back; he did, assessed the system, and gave us some estimates and options based on the information he gathered when he initially came out. We are contemplating having them replace the system despite the cost, as Jimmy explained that the price will only go up and never go down. I have tried reaching out multiple ways, including email, Yelp message, phone call, voicemail, and text message, but have not received a response. I understand companies get busy, but when a recently installed HVAC system has an issue, I would expect some level of follow-up, especially if warranty service may be involved. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with the lack of communication after the installation. The initial work may have been completed, but the lack of response when a problem came up has made it difficult to recommend them.

It took a 15 days to get the parts, but that was not a problem. They sent the second string tech to install the parts and he did complain about the commission the other tech was getting for selling me the replacement parts. Tech #2 did not use a ground Strap before touching the new circuit board! This can cause problems in the future from static discharge. Remember the service providers are on commission!

Luckily it was only the little water pump had gone bad and the built in safety switch would not let the furnace turn on. By 7pm this evening he had it fixed and we are again happy with this company.
