The registers are all now squeaky clean (they were horribly coated in dust) & our house no longer smells musty/dusty whenever the air comes on. The cost for the service was $750. I have no idea if this is good or not. I have nothing to compare the price to, since I couldn't find anyone else in our area that does true duct cleaning. But I will say these 2 guys worked hard and did a stellar job. They even offered to put our new filter in for us (we supplied it) at no extra charge.

They came and told me something about it, I don't remember what cuz I didn't talk 'furnace' and never had even heard of radiant heating before! They never did fix it and after a few months, and $700 I was really getting COOOLD! (there aren't any shivers on this keypad) Anyway, my friend Evelyn and I decided to pray about this situation before we looked in the yellow pages.... and there it was... an ad for All Weather Heating with a sentence saying "Sensitive to senior needs" Yipee! I made a call and a Mr Norton came over and evaluated that I needed a new crucible which I understood since I was a student of Silversmithing and lost wax casting. He said I have 1 of these at my shop that will work for you. A week later and $150 got me a working furnace, and finally some heat ! ... Mr Orton has been a true Christian gentleman the whole time since then and has checked out my furnace system automatically at the beginning of each cold weather season.
