The GM Thomas made my issue a priority and began communicating frequently with me until it was rectified. I haven't had much good experience w/ most local HVAC techs. Too often they have come out to just…read morecharge me an easy $100 or more and then leave w/out anything done. This is why I waited 3-4 years before calling a pro to take a look at my mini split that has been leaking refrigerant. My handyman has tried & failed to find the issue for years. I would've been so much better off if I had called Alpha sooner. If I would've called them the first time I had an issue I would've saved hundreds of dollars. Jason, from Alpha came out today & looked at my ductless heat pump. He brought out his handy (& expensive) leak detector and quickly zeroed in on the leak, which was around the outside connection point. He just needed to tighten it and add more refrigerant. The leak detector verified the issue was remedied. He also took a quick look inside my other heat pump before leaving, to make sure that a common grounding defect of that make was fixed, it was. It's so rare & so refreshing to have a real pro that knows his trade so well. I will certainly call Alpha Heating the next time I have an issue!

In a few minutes Brandon called to explain that he'd made an error and sent the credit forms to the wrong power supplier. He sent me the right forms in less than an hour, and as soon as I returned them, he sent them on to Coos-Curry. And two weeks ago, when I checked their website, I saw a credit large enough to cover the next four or five months bill. So here's the thing: Brandon checked his files as soon as I asked a question. He found an error, told me about it, and fixed it immediately. That's five star service! If we ever need HVAC again, I know who I'm calling.
