I have no idea if this is good or not. I have nothing to compare the price to, since I couldn't find anyone else in our area that does true duct cleaning. While the insurance claim was eventually paid, resolving this situation required a substantial amount of time and effort on our part, including obtaining professional bids and coordinating repairs and replacement. The experience was disruptive and could have been avoided with proper precautions and transparent communication.
