My wife and I were in the Grants Pass area and visited their office on Milbank Rd. We were impressed and surprised with the companies organization and the professional appearances of the offices. We contacted Sean and ordered our new Heat Pump/Air Handler. Within two weeks the installers Anthony and Francisco arrived in Brookings to install our new Heat Pump. They did a wonderful job, were professional, and left the crawl space and work area around our home very clean. I was surprised that it only took them 8 hours to install our complete system. We have now had our new heat and air system about 2 weeks. We are very please with the experiences we have had with the Caveman Heating and Air Conditioning organization. He had an opening. I bought a house in Grants Pass this past summer. Due to a stupid error on my part, the HV/AC was not working. Since it was summer and quite warm, I was not concerned about it. With the weather turning colder, I realized I needed to get the system working. Three Rivers Heating & Air had the best reviews, so I gave them a call. Larry arrived at the time he said he would come. He got right to work. I was impressed by how he took the time to explain the system to me and what needed to be done. He was very good at teaching me what I needed to keep the system working well. Larry was very efficient and effective in his work. He was very neat. Definitely professional.
