Thankfully, rain made today a slow business day and I was next in line. Tireni was assigned to my appraisal. Took a quick 2 minute survey of my details, and put my car through the process. They estimate. 30-40 processing period. I gave up my keys at 2:10p, my car was moved at 2:17, returned at 2:32 and I received my appraisal at 2:43. A very well timed process. Fast forward a month, I ordered a car to be delivered from Louisiana location for a test a drive. $200 non-refundable. It took two weeks and the tracker sucked, rarely updated. But it eventually came in. And the test drive process was a breeze, again in and out in less than 20. The gal hated the car (Genesis gv70 Electrified). Too cramped, but very pretty. So we passed, but the staff and service was easy and non-invasive Definitely recommend if you're looking. No negotiation, but no hassle either.

When the car arrived at the 290 location, we went to pick it. We walked in and Carmax told us that the salesman no longer worked there. Then they wanted a hell of a lot more money down than our first salesman. We acted in good faith and spent $300 based on the explicit terms provided by their employee, and now we feel that we are victims of the classic "bait-and-switch" or "spot delivery" tactics because of the internal employee turnover, which was not our fault! We got our $300, back, but we feel annoyed, disappointed, and embarrassed because of their failure. Not cool CARMAX!

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

I have tried to contact Israel at TX Auto GRP multiple times to get an update about my 2021 Jeep…read moreGladiator that I purchased from TX Auto GRP. A Jeep that had catastrophic engine failure just a few months after I purchased it. It has been sitting in their service department since July and it is still not fixed, and they still have not purchased the vehicle back from me--even though that is what I was told would happen. Yet, my monthly payment is due once again and I cannot get any answers from TX Auto GRP. Therefore, on Friday, 10/24/2026, I will call the bank and tell them everything and I will make sure to tell them that I even bought TX Auto GRPs warranty (which is apparently useless). Then I will walk into my attorney's office and have a conversation with them. SHAME ON YOU, TX AUTO GRP! My previous review can be found below: "I will never buy another vehicle from TX Auto GRP. I bought a $40K Jeep Gladiator from them, that only had 36K miles on it, and within two months the vehicle had catastrophic engine failure and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. It had a broken crankshaft. TX Auto GRP sold me a lemon!!! To make matters even worse, I bought TX Auto GRP's warranty when I purchased the Jeep. Not only did the Jeep break down, but they could not honor the warranty that they sold to me. The Jeep literally sat in their services department for almost three months, and it was never repaired. It is still sitting there to this day. Not only could they not fix the vehicle, but they did not seek outside help (Jeep dealer) to rectify the issue so that I could get back on the road. I even offered to have it towed to my mechanic so that he could fix it, but I was told "It does not work that way." Beyond that, trying to get updates about the repair was almost impossible. Nobody would answer the phone or return my text unless I called the sales manager. After a while the sales manager just started letting my calls go to voicemail. I even tried to contact the owner, but nobody would put me in contact with him. It was the worst experience of my life and that is not an overstatement. Then the loaner car they gave me also had engine issues. The check engine light came on one day after I picked up the loaner. It started running rough, so it was not drivable either. After I told them what happened, nobody even offered to get me into another loaner car. I was now stuck with another TX Auto GRP mechanical issue. Finally, the Jeep Gladiator is not something that happened to me once. Nope! I have purchased four vehicles from TX Auto GRP over the past six years. The first vehicle I bought from them had major frame damage and the front end of the truck was welded up to the point that you could not even fix any of the damaged parts. They hid the frame damage by using bondo and paint. The next truck I bought had fuel system issues. I had the entire fuel system changed out twice just to clear the check engine light. The third truck was the only vehicle that I did not have issues with because I bought it from someone who came into the dealership to trade it in while I was there shopping for trucks. Meaning, it was not an auction vehicle that the dealer got super cheap so that he could then repair and sell off for a jacked up price. Three out of four vehicles that I have purchased from TX Auto GRP have had catastrophic failure. I highly recommend you stay away from this dealer unless you want to end up like me: Screwed out of your hard-earned money ... After all of that, I tried to get them to buy the Jeep Gladiator back and put me in something else, but they refused, so now I have to spend money on a lawyer, since I was basically forced to go buy a new vehicle, because they could not fix the lemon they sold to me. I will also be letting the bank know exactly what TX Auto GRP did, and how TX Auto GRP conducts business."

From the…read morequality of car and information regarding it to pricing that will have you leaving the dealership patting yourself on the back for getting such great value, King Brothers covers all the basics. We were concerned going to a smaller dealership that we would have issues finding financing that didn't cripple us. Not a concern here. If this wasn't enough, Zaki has proven that he has the goods to build a premier dealership as the personal care that he places on cars and customers is apparent from the time you meet. You will likely be taken aback by the way that Zaki balances being personal and professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Unfortunately we had a situation arise causing us to not be able to purchase from Zaki (completely our fault) and he was more than gracious and understanding. While we didn't get to purchase from Zaki( this time), we will be referring all of our friends and family to King Brothers. I only write reviews that I am utterly compelled to, and after spending weeks going through the car shopping fiasco, meeting many wonderful and terrible people, Zaki was the star that outshined them all. I wish Zaki and King Brothers nothing but success as this is just the type of experience we need in the world. Whether you purchase from King Brother's or not, you can rest assured that this 5 star rating (at this time) is not a fluke.
