When my stove wouldn't light, a technician stayed on the phone with me and patiently talked me through getting the problem resolved. Then, last night at 9 PM., I ran out of propane while I was cooking supper. I called the company, and got a live person in their answering service, and left word that I was out of gas. At 8:40 this morning I got a call back, and by 1:30 I had a delivery. They seem to be a small company, and they are available, friendly, accommodating and professional. When you call, a secretary answers, and connects you with a manager who is pleasant and who knows what's going on. (After dealing with a large company at my last rental, ALWAYS being put on hold, talking to people who didn't seem to know even what state you lived in, this is bliss). I recommend Baribault highly! They are a pleasure to do business with.

Despite my repeated attempts to reach out--often calling twice a day for over a week--I have been consistently ignored. Most concerning was the incident on December 26, 2025, when the additive Paraco put into my tank clogged my furnace, forcing me to shut it down. Paraco provided no support for this issue, and I was forced to hire an outside company to clean the system at my own expense. To make matters worse, I am currently facing another low-fuel situation. I requested service a week ago, and despite my follow-ups, I have yet to receive a delivery. I have also had previous negative experiences with this company regarding price gouging; while they eventually lowered their rates after I challenged them, the lack of accountability and the overall poor quality of service have made it impossible for me to continue as a customer. I called my regular oil company and they said they could not come to my house until the following week.I called several other oil companies and got the same response. I finally got in touch with Best Oil. The woman that answered the phone was really nice, and understanding. Hearing in my voice that I was under the weather. She listened to my concerns and was the first person to offer to see what they could do for me. She put me on a brief hold and when she got back on the phone, she said she could have a truck out to me the following day!! I was so relieved. What was even better is the price per gallon was substantially less than my regular oil company (Price-Rite Oil...clearly not). There was one caveat, as a new customer of Best Oil, she said someone had to come in and look at the tank first. I told her that I was sick with the flu and didn't want to get anyone sick, plus, being sick, I really didn't want to be bothered with visitors and my dogs barking. She assured me that her driver is super friendly and it's just a quick inspection. And she was right. The driver showed up the next day as scheduled. He was very polite, professional and respectful. I showed him to the oil tank. He gave it a quick inspection and then was on his way. Needless to say, this is my new oil company moving forward. When every other oil company said no, Best Oil said yes. And gave me one less thing to worry about. Above all else, it really nice to deal with a company that displays professionalism and great customer service. Seems so hard to come by these days. Oh, one more thing. Every time PriteRite oil delivered oil to me, my house would smell like burnt diesel. With Best Oil, there was zero smell/fumes! Yet another reason why Best Oil was able to earn my trust and loyalty.
