Dianna is very professional and knowledgeable about waxing protocol and made me feel comfortable during my Brazilian treatment! I first scheduled a sugaring Brazilian since I have very sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts, but Dianna assessed the hair growth and made the recommendation to try hard wax because the sugaring likely wouldn't grab my hair at the length it was at. I have never been waxed in my life and this was honestly the best experience I could have hoped for. After looking at a ton of reviews I decided to go with Alaina and I am SO glad I did. She did an extended bikini, between the cheek, both legs in their entirety and my armpits. Did it hurt? Yes. But Alaina was quick and she talked with me the entire time. She is also SUPER thorough, everything that was waxed doesn't have a hair left behind! Got to know this girl super quickly and honestly she is such a gem. I've been getting sugared for several years but recently relocated so I was looking for a new salon. reWAXation popped up and had great reviews so I figured I'd give it a try. It was very easy to make an appointment for sugaring and a spray tan - as I had an upcoming trip. Dianna was great with the sugaring. I hadn't gone in awhile and she was very patient. The salon is super clean and well decorated. Parking is just behind the building itself, which is always nice. I despise looking for parking when I have a scheduled appointment.
