The new heavy set guy that works the front desk has really price gauged me the last two times. The gentleman with the ear piercings was always much more reasonable. Since my daughter goes to school in Salisbury University, she just took my car with her and I feel very confident that she will be safe with the car due to the work that Bobby's Garage did. Additionally, Tasha, the owner provided me with a few resources for my daughters car to get picked up and scrapped since I didn't have collision on her car it is a complete loss- so any bit helps. Total service time took about 2 hours and I arrived almost as soon as Jiffy Lube opened (this includes time spent discussing my options). Overall experience: I was helped primarily by Mr. Ron and Mr. Albert - both of whom were very professional and treated me with respect. They showed me everything step-by-step and ran everything by me before they did any maintenance. I still suggest doing your own research before going to them for maintenance. I went to Jiffy Lube originally for a second opinion after being quoted astronomically high prices for the same services at a dealership, so I thought I would give them a try. Jiffy Lube's prices are still pretty high (assuming that they are using aftermarket parts rather than genuine branded products). I wish there were more deals available. Overall, I would consider going back to them.

They have guided him and myself over the span of two vehicles each. Come to think of it, that's pretty good for over 30+ years, especially when we're still driving the latter two. Not to mention the first one I bought was, we'll say: not a good year from not a good company. They cut me so much slack, and put in so much extra work on that car for me. The hardest part for them though, had to be convincing me to buy a reliable, maintainable car next time, and convincing my Dad when it was time to let go of the truck he took such good care of for such a long time. In my case, it was a matter of helping me understand which makes and models not only last a long time, but will also save me a bunch of money over time. Such is the case on parts and labor, when the parts are easier to get, and the car is easier to fix, DUH... For my Dad, it was a matter of bedside manner, explaining that we've reached that time when the repairs are going to start costing more than the vehicle is worth. I say all that, because one way to tell whether someone is honest or not, is if you can point to some advice they gave you at the expense of their own profit. I gave him the run down of what the dealer said. He said bring him the car and let him do his own investigations on my vehicle and get back to me. same day in about 3 hours the pictures you see is what he found to be some of the problems. I thought I needed a new transmission but I needed a transmission assby, expansion hoses, transmission cooler, fluids, new radiator, radiator cap and 5 to 8 upper and lower hose to engine and radiator. Keith did everything for $4,881. 40. I was leaving to go out of town and got my car back before time to leave. If you want the best take your car to the best. Keith is my new mechanic he saved me a fortune. It's good to know I won't be stuck on the side of the road due to shabby work. Thanks again.
