A truly spectacular eating and drinking experience! Each course was outstanding ranging from the Spanish octopus to the chicken roulade and the Spanish lamb entree to the three desserts we shared, it was all delicious and utterly wonderful. Steve, the mixologist in residence, created some totally memorable cocktails, complex in taste but with lots of subtle flavors, and Jasmine took exceptional care of us throughout our meal. I discovered this place in an online search for dining experiences near Andalusia Historic House, Gardens, and Arboretum to follow a tour there this past Friday. The Michelin Star chef and positive reviews caught my eye, but the menu -- especially the cocktail menu! -- was especially compelling. (Please note that at the time of my posting this review, the cocktail list on the restaurant's website and the dessert list are NOT up to date, so I have added a photo of their spring menus that just launched.) The food and drinks were a solid 10/10. My partner and I started with the Spanish Grilled Octopus, which was mind-blowing. This restaurant knocks punchy flavors and umami out of several time zones. We both ordered the Cast Iron Miso Black Cod, which comes with a heaping portion of pleasantly-herbed root vegetables. The cod was so luscious, buttery, and silky. The flavor was majestic. Rapturous. I hope it stays on the menu forever. I'm normally more a fan of autumn/winter drinks than spring/summer because I loathe the emphasis most establishments place on gin, fruity /sweet/sour flavors, carbonation, etc. The center of my cocktail universe would a well-made Vieux Carre or a Sazerac with the absinthe left in the glass, and everything else revolves around this like a supporting cast. SO, while I was initially dismayed that I had just missed Revell Hall's winter cocktail menu, this feeling passed quickly when I saw how creative and spirit-comprehensive the new menu is. I ordered the Jade Lagoon (pictured below). I've never experienced a drink like this, and I don't have the proper lexicon to do justice to its beauty and complexity. It turns out that the mixologist is Steve Mazzuca from Bathtub Gin in NYC, my beloved former home. What a phenomenal choice for Revell Hall and a special connection with New York! Service and atmosphere were also fantastic. Although the dining area is a bit spare and modern, bringing the beautiful corner view into the space was clearly the intent. I stopped into this restaurant for dinner. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. I was sat and this place was super nice. I was served by Rachi. I had: Fireside Old Fashioned Spanish Grilled Octopus Marinated Tuna Tartare Squid Ink Pasta with Lobster Braised Short Rib Affogato I loved my cocktails and the Braised Short Rib! Visited Revell Hall for the first time and it was such a great experience. My husband and I made reservations for my birthday and I was so pleased with everything. The food was wonderful. The small menu is something I appreciate. We had the KFC appetizer and the server suggested getting the buns with it to make little sliders and it was such a good call. For dinner I had the salmon and my husband got the spicy rigatoni meal. Both were delicious! I had been here when it was Riverview and I like how Revell Hall has changed the space up and made a great spot with a nice atmosphere. The server was great and very helpful with our choices. We didn't feel rushed through our meal, it was just a nice night altogether. We will be coming back :) read more

Revell Hall is amazing! We've been meaning to stop in since it opened and were able to do so during Restaurant Week. Loved the vibe from the moment we walked through the door. Our server was wonderful, the support staff was great. We ordered off of the special 3 course tasting menu. We each tried the milk buns which were out of this world. I got the Chicken Milanese. It was fresh, crispy and bright. My husband ordered the Fusili Bucati. He enjoyed it so much he made a point to ask if it was always available on the menu. We both had the chocolate miso cremieux. The perfect ending bite. I also enjoyed the Bees Knees cocktail. A great choice for a hot summer day like today. We plan to visit regularly! Definitely a a great dining experience. read more

What an amazing and wonderful time my wife and I had tonight. This was our first time of many upcoming here. The drinks, the food, the vibe...all of it top notch. Burlington must've won the lotto to have snatched up an establishment of this caliber. The chef and the bar manager both made an appearance at our table. Both GENTLEMEN. We went for Sunday brunch and I wish we could have given 5 stars considering the reviews and the Michelin star chef. However upon seating we were given dinner menus which we had to have switched out, the server did not have a pen to take our orders, our appetizers we had to inquire about twice came at the end of our meal, second cappuccino was also asked for twice and luke warm . And all three eggs Benedict's yolks were hard . I'm sure dinner service is much better and we do plan on returning. However front of house needs to be representative of the Michelin star that is in the back of the house. Also try to have some noise reduction in the dining area. read more

Out of the mouths of babes...an honest and unsolicited review of Revell Hall from my grandkids aka random comments they made during Sunday Brunch on June 7, 2026: Noel (age 10): "This place should be called 'Beyond the Spot' because it's more than "on spot!" Judah (age 9): "This food is art and cooking combined!" Violet (age 6) "The food is amazing and it should be a 100-star restaurant!" Meadow (also age 6): "I love the special mango-strawberry cheesecake and I don't even like mango!" I'd like to add that these kids are VERY fortunate to already be foodies at a young age through their mother's cooking and traveling in and out of the country with their parents. Since I previously submitted a 5-star review regarding my experience at Revell Hall a few months ago, I enjoyed their take on it while we enjoyed the outdoor dining patio on the terrace and wanted to share. To me, the most profound comment came shortly after Noel experienced the brunch slider: "This should be a Michelin-star restaurant!" (I couldn't believe he even knew about "Michelin standards" and neither my husband or I mentioned to any of the kids that the owner/chef Joey Sergentakis already has a Michelin star!) We went here for my birthday as I wanted to stay local and we heard the food was delicious. The ambiance is very nice but we were quickly disappointed by the service. The waitress was completely uninterested during our interactions and the busser was not better. He asked if I wanted the sauce on my salmon and I said No. He proceeded to pour the sauce on the salmon. I called out, I said I didn't want that and he finally stopped pouring when my hand went over my dish. He did not apologize or offer another plate to accommodate his error. I mentioned this to the waitress and she nodded her head and said nothing. An older man was walking around the dining area watching the staff interactions and I thought he was the manager. He observed my interaction with the busser and the sauce, and said nothing. In fact, he walked backwards when he saw my interaction with the busser. The sad thing is that the food was tasty (eventhough the lamb was fatty, the flavors were spectacular) and the Manhattens were delicious but the service was subpar for the cost. I suggest the manager steps up and advises the staff to be more customer service conscious. Until that happens, we will not return. read more

We have been here 3 times since it opened. We are going again tonight and will request Nancy to be our server. We have had the Cod, the Salmon and the Pork Chop as entrees; all plated beautifully, cooked just right and delicious. The salmon dinner was a special treat when it was presented table side by Chef Joey himself! The beet salad was outstanding and the dessert of pistachio gelato with minced nuts and a shot of espresso in the middle are my favorite appetizer and dessert so far. My SO and I decided to dine here since it was a Michelin star chef. Walked in and it is just two large square rooms. No ambiance at all, either in bar or dining room. In fact i did ask if they had another dining room because I was so a taken back by the sparseness. Server came out and asked if we had been there before we said no and she said menu starts with cocktails and i literally thought we walked in pre-fixe night. All she was doing was telling us how menu contents were structured ( maybe that was me but too funny). We ordered the beet salad and the octopus appetizers which were very good. For our entrees we ordered the pork chop and the salmon under glass. Both were delicious. We ordered side of root vegetables but server forgot them. Also our dishes came out at different times and they should tell us because we didn't know if they forgot something. Finally if the restaurant is going to invite influencers into restaurant can you please put them in the back. Right in middle of restaurant with their phone lights and jumping up to record is very distracting. So to sum it up service ok food very good and literally no ambiance at all just very loud. read more
