All made from scratch by chef David from local ingredients. This place really is "The Local" with it's selection of locally sourced food and drinks. The caesar salad is always a point of comparison for a good restaurant. Ours rated very highly - fresh, crisp, well made and zesty. The fish tacos were excellent, some of the best I've ever had - loaded, spicy, fresh, with lots of well balanced flavors. Turns out there is another room behind the wall - a Speakeasy. We were very tempted but unfortunately had to miss it so that we could get up early and resume our road trip. But it too was very much "The Local" - a curated list of 300 American Whiskeys, including the local distilleries.

We decided to take our desserts home with us, and the limoncello was our standout favorite.
