They get a 3-star for lack of seating (there was nowhere for us to sit at all) and because the line was a bit disorganized at the end causing elbowing, and people running into each other. I was with my friends to have lunch yesterday in Edmonds. One of my friends recommend to go here for yogurt. They have lots of different toppings. My friend told me she came here many times and they have different kind of yogurts every time she goes. You can try before you buy. I like their yogurts because they are not too sweet. We all got the same favor of double berry, New York cheesecake and vanilla. I put lots of toppings including white cholocate, cookies pieces, kiwi and strawberry and mango pieces. Love it! I so hope that frozen yogurt is here to stay now, rather than being a passing craze like it was in the '80s. The self-serve trend ,although it does put people out of jobs, is a good idea in that it allows for much more variety in the flavours. And for people like me who want one or two mouthfuls of ten different flavours if possible, it's perfect (I'm also the type who would order 5 different appetizers in a restaurant rather than one main dish if I could get away with it). I like that Revelations is still an independent store rather than a franchise, and it is way cleaner and more inviting than my other local options, Menchies and TCBY in Lynnwood. And, as someone else said, the clientele here is nicely varied - grandmas with young kids, groups of twenty-somethings - and the service is always friendly and competent. read more

My 25-year-old daughter loves everything about Revelations. She and her friends love to have a place to gather that has no alcohol involved. It has great seating, is attractive and in a convenient location by the fountain in downtown Edmonds, across from Starbucks, Terri's Toy Box and a Mexican Restaurant. Revelations definitely deserves five stars. I came in while it was being built, days before it was done, because I was so excited that a frozen yogurt place was being built. They were friendly then, with no guaranteed customers, and they are friendly now, with customers and business more than I imagined. Such delicious stuff and great atmosphere. Quiet enough to be able to talk and catch up with anyone, but still fun enough to be able to go with a group of friends and chat and laugh and good around. This place does any incredible job. I really like Revelations. I am not a fan of all the flavors I have tried, but I think flavor-choice varies by customer and is not necessarily the fault of the establishment. I love that they seem to create their own flavors, so there is always something new to try. They have a fantastic variety of toppings too. I enjoy the internet access, and the interior design is grooooooovy. One thing I would change...make the pomegranate sorbet a permanent option! I love this place. We had our 2 year old daughter's birthday party here on Saturday, March 31st. We had heard from a friend that they have a back room where you could have a birthday party. We had never been, but went in to look at the room before reserving it. It was bigger than I thought it would be, with chairs and couches, and some tables. We barely had to do any decorating, b/c the front area is so nice and charmingly decorated. We had about 35 people, and that was probably the most that could comfortably fit. I also think it would be a great space to have a bridal shower, baby shower, etc. Can't remember the owner's name but she was soooooo nice. Very helpful. We brought pizza, snacks, fruit, beer, wine, pop, etc. I even asked if there was a sink to wash the strawberries and she took them and washed them for me! Also brought out cups and pitchers of ice water. Plus, it is FREE to reserve the room, as long as you buy some frozen yogurt. I think we spent about $95 on yogurt, plus a tip. Everyone, especially the adults, loved getting the yogurt + toppings. They thought it was fun and special, and a good twist on the usual semi-lame child's birthday party. No one was getting drunk, I mean come on, it was noon on a Saturday, but it was nice to have a glass of wine at my daughter's birthday party. Seeing the recent review from the lady who had been there in early April and was told there was a private party, to get her yogurt and leave. Not calling her a liar. That just really surprises me. During our party, there were several other patrons there. We were there for about 2 hrs. Some curious folks popped their heads in to the back room, but we didn't mind. Delicious! I discovered this frozen yogurt shop in July during a 3-week stay in Edmonds. It's conveniently located on Main Street, and once you visit, it's hard to stay away--a few times I went twice a day! My all-time favorite flavor is Dulce de Leche (with toffee and almond bits added). They also have Angel Food Cake, Root Beer Float, Coffee, Cake Batter, Lemon Chiffon, Chocolate Kiss, Peanut Butter, and all types of yummy fruit sorbets. Saturday afternoon, attempted to walk in to be greeted by a rather over the top woman, letting us know that there is a private party going on in the joint, but we are welcome to get our yogurt, pay our money and immediately leave with it. My fiance walked in, got a cup to go fill, put it back after he was told that party members had head of the line privileges so he had to wait. PEOPLE! Have some sense: you are either CLOSED for a private event or you are open to the public. You can't do both with your setup. read more

Great toppings and yogurt choice flavors; and best of all, super nice and friendly employees that are genuinely happy to be there and also don't judge you if you load up your cup with marshmallow creme and hot fudge on the bottom, then yogurt and toppings, and finally more hot fudge. i have been to tons of different frozen yogurt shops, this one though it is cute and clean gave me food poisoning... unacceptable. i got the peanut butter and chocolate flavors with raspberry and strawberries on top. i am unsure how i got sick from revelations, but it happened. i will NOT be venturing back to this quaint fro-yo shop. sorry revelations but i have had BETTER. read more

What a fun dessert place! You choose from a selection of yogurts & then top with whatever toppings you can think of; they have them all to choose from. Payment is by weight; we spent about $10 for a family of 4. There are plenty of lo-cal options. We enjoyed our first time there and plan to go back; our neighbors & friends have been addicted since it opened. The decor is modern & cute, there is ample seating indoor & out, and everything is clean & tidy. My wife left her purse there, and the owner drove all the way to Seattle to try to return it (at our old address, unfortunately). My boys often ask to go back. read more
