The acai bowl was so tasty that I decided to go and order my own, and asked for the Lena bowl but sub condensed milk for honey (a simple/small adjustment I would think). The employee was quick to say that no substitutions were allowed for the smaller bowls. I told her "oh, then nevermind", hoping that since there were no other patrons around and no line, maybe they would make the small adjustment. She just looked blankly at me then turned to continue chatting with her fellow employee. I sat back down and took a few more bites of my sisters bowl and we finished the mini bites and went on our way. I really did want to order more, but they were unable to fulfill a small request during a lull in busy-ness. I saw other reports of poor customer service lately, and just wanted to provide some context. It's too bad, the food is pretty good and the prices are decent.
