(1 Star) I am extremely disappointed with Vetra's customer service and the handling of my warranty battery replacement for my Vetra Blazer e-bike. The battery stopped working while it was still covered under the one-year warranty. I followed all of the required steps provided by Vetra, including submitting the original receipt and all requested information, and returning the defective battery using the specialized shipping box and process required for shipment. I stayed in close communication with customer service throughout the process and did everything requested of me. After completing all required steps, I was told "Once the package has been dropped off, please send us a photo of the drop‑off receipt. As soon as we have proof that the battery is on its way, we'll be able to send out your replacement." The response to sending proof of shipment I received from customer service was: "We informed Vetra and are just waiting for the next steps once they receive it." That response was nearly three weeks ago, and I have received no further updates, no timeline, and no information about when my replacement battery will be shipped. As well as no response to any of the follow up emails I have sent them. The expectation was that a new battery would be sent under the warranty, but instead I have been left waiting with very little communication or support. A warranty is only meaningful when a company follows through and keeps customers informed. Unfortunately, my experience with Vetra has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, unclear process, and lengthy delay have been unacceptable. I hope Vetra improves its customer service and warranty support because customers deserve timely updates and a company that stands behind its products. read more

Spent $800 on a Vsett 8 scooter for my college-age daughter. Ten months later the problems began. For no apparent reason the scooter stopped shifting into higher gears (2 & 3)--she was stuck in the lowest gear (1) unable to go more than 5 mph. We contacted REV Rides and spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars on replacement parts and costly repairs to no avail. While it was nice to be able to talk to the warranty manager (Adrian) at REV Rides to help us diagnose the problem, nothing that was recommended, including the replacement parts, fixed the problem. I have ordered parts for my ERide Pro SS 2.0 from Revrides a few times over the last year now. Recently looped my bike learning to wheelie and smashed up my X9000 color display and the thumb control for the display. Went to Revrides website and they had all the parts I needed but there was a glitch on the website that wouldn't allow me to add the items to my cart. So I messaged Revrides and within a few minutes the glitch had been fixed and I was able to proceed with my order. Their excellent customer service had my order processed and shipped out in less than 24 hours! Months ago I also pre-ordered the EBMX X9000 v2 controller from Revrides, and the day they received their shipment of controllers from EBMX they had my controller boxed up and shipped out that same day! The EBMX controller has been amazing on my Eride and I am extremely happy with the 15kw performance of the controller on the stock Eride battery and motor. Revrides offers free goodies like Warp 9 handlebars, seat covers, cleaning kits etc when ordering an electric dirtbike like the Eride Pro SS 2.0, 3.0, SR etc. They also have a 2 year warranty on their electric bikes which is amazing as a lot of bikes like my Eride only come with a 1 year warranty. Dealing with Rev Rides was an absolute nightmare! On December 2nd, I ordered a gray 18" e-bike as a Christmas gift for my 8 y/o. It still had not shipped on 12/10, so I emailed them (it's not possible to contact them via phone, which I find very concerning). They responded and said it would be shipped directly by Voltaic, not from them (why do they not disclose that they aren't actually the ones supplying the bikes?!) but that they would check on my order. It finally shipped out 12/11, but didn't get delivered until 12/23 (3 weeks after ordering!) I went to put it together the following day, Christmas Eve, and guess what? They sent me the wrong bike, a 16" instead of the 18" I ordered. So now my kid doesn't have a bike for Christmas, talk about heartbroken! I emailed customer service to inform them; they give me the run-around for 2 weeks, saying they were looking into the mistake. They finally provide me with return label on 1/8, but inform me that they don't have the correct bike in stock now so I just have to be refunded. They received my return on 1/15, and AJ called me, saying that they now have the red 18" in stock and can ship it to me this week, which I agree to; I had to jump through some refund & reorder hoops, but my order for the red 18" was confirmed on 1/16. They never shipped it. The following week, I contacted them several times, they kept saying it would be shipped soon. On 1/24, I noticed my order details on the order page had changed from a red 18" back to a gray one, which I was fine with. It still had not shipped on 1/27, so I messaged their facebook page and asked them to call me; Marcus called and informed me that the red one was now out of stock, but confirmed that they had the gray one and it would be shipping out today. It never shipped. I messaged him again on 1/28, Marcus said the warehouse got busy due to a last minute delivery, but he would call them to see what he could do. A few hours later, AJ called and said the warehouse had shipped all the remaining 18" bikes out to other customers and wouldn't have any more in stock for possibly a couple months. So after nearly 2 months of trying to get a bike, I was back at square one. Needless to say, I was furious. Rev Rides is an absolute joke with terrible customer service. I found another supplier in Illinois who had one shipped within 24 hours and delivered 2 days later. I highly recommend you avoid the frustration of ordering from Rev Rides! read more

I ordered a E Ride Pro 2.0 recently from this company. I first spoke with a man named AJ, who was really helpful and even gave me a code for a free set of $100 handlebars. That sealed the deal and a hour later I ordered the bike. My order was immediately shipped out the next day, and took a little under a week to go from Washington to the other side of the country in PA. When I got the bike I watched the videos they have posted on YouTube and setup was a breeze. I had one minor issue, which was answered by a man named Nathan. Overcharged my partner for labor and terrible communication. My partner was quoted $100 and an estimation of two weeks before his wheel was ready for pick up. THREE MONTHS LATER, and many mistakes on their part (they kept breaking the piece that needed to be replaced in the wheel twice) my partner is finally able to pick up his wheel. When my partner would call, because they didn't communicate at all with him, they said that they hadn't gotten to his wheel yet. This went on for many weeks until they finally told my partner that they had ordered the piece, but broke it. Ordered another one, waited for delivery, and finally was installed. Piece was broken again by their staff, so my partner waited even more. They then charged him $375 for the labor and installation of the piece (that they broke twice). Not any of this was my partner fault, yet he was still charged. Unbelievable. Not recommending this business to anyone. Would give minus stars if possible. read more

REV RIDES.. First It took quite a while for shipment, (I bought an E-Ride pro 2.0). In shipping the front brake line was crushed somehow and I thought they (Rev Rides) wouldn't have any issue replacing the part since I got in contact with their company 1 day after receiving delivery, and it's such a cheap part (I ended up buying it from another company for $23 with shipping). That's not the worst part though, the worst part was the correspondence with this company that ended with them basically telling me I installed the brake line the wrong way, so they wouldn't be replacing it for me, (it's my first dirt bike and the line was damaged BEFORE it was installed) and that because of that they couldn't help me after nearly a week of back and forth with pictures, explanations and everything else. If you buy from them buy a solid product that the Manufacturer has the warranty NOT REV RIDES because REV RIDES backs up nothing they sell. Its not worth the headache and stress associated with dealing with their customer service department. read more

It's truly amazing to see a company impress you AFTER you buy a higher priced scooter, because it will require normal upkeep and parts. WAIT, no one thought of the backend when trying to buy parts, but it's so crucial. A cheap price for a scooter up front is way more expensive and frustrating down the road simply because of the lack of access to available parts on the fly. Half of the battle is getting the parts you need for your scooter so you can go ride by the time the weekend arrives again. Alibaba Express's fastest parts shipping is 14-days from China. I know because I just bought a nice digital LCD screen and throttle assembly and was staring down a 2-week groundation(49yrs old but seems like yesterday) from my scooter. Not being content with that long of a wait even though I just bought it, I toggled over to the Rev Rides website to see what their delivery time was. It said 2-day shipping, so I bought it on what would be Wednesday night. I bought their Upgraded LCD & Throttle Display for my Vsette10+ right before leaving for a fun scooter/softball trip to PHX Saturday morning. As I type this it is Thursday night, but it started out bad earlier today when I found out bad some bad news news...not that my daughter sprained her ankle earlier at practice and is getting an X-ray & for sure won't be able to play in the softball tournament because she is on crutches and a foamy looking boot bigger than my dirt bike boots. Also not the reason for my bad day was not because it's looong and tiresome to travel several hours to watch 6-7 games over a weekend and how any parent can sit there and watch all weekend with out a quick jet over to the skatepark which is ALWAYS ACROSS THE STREET for some "city complex-municipal" reason is beyond me. NO, the reason for my bad day was I got an email reply within a couple minutes from Rev Rides informing me that my part WOULD NOT make it by Saturday morning in time for the trip. I was bummed because the whole weekend without a scooter is for the birds, literally. My reaction was a little different this time around because I was kind of relieved to get the QUICK reply with the brutal honest truth. It gave me a chance to be able to pivot and maneuver to my next option which was emailing back to see if they could somehow overnight the part, but only one thing, there was no option for next day-air on the website or I would have already pressed that button option when I bought it. So right there I thought the weekend was over, naturally in corporate America it is done by then. I simply typed in a last winded Hail Mary attempt to see if overnighting the part was possible. I then got a call on my cell phone from Patrick(St. Patrick) at Reverend Rides(haha) offering to overnight the LCD screen to me in order to get my scooter up and running for the big weekend in PHX, where it's a concrete and off-road heaven...and softball too. I truly was moved at that point because I will most likely regain my weekend and will be on my VSette 10+ at 40+ MPH instead of a BIRD scooter sucking my debit card dry around the speed of a mugger chasing me. Got the VSett 10+ 25.6 AH. Great scooter, it can comfortably go over 40 MPH without wobbling as long as you keep both hands on the handlebars. Safety gear absolutely recommended. Goes at least 30MPH up most hills in dual motor mode and has decent range ~20 miles if you are going full speed the whole time. I had an issue with the sport mode/dual motor mode that ended up fixing itself but customer support was very responsive (during weekdays). Legit company. read more

I received my scooter with the disk brake bent they told me very often happen instead sending a new one they send me a video how to fixed 2. I wanted to send it back and I had to pay 15%restocking 3. After using the scooter 8 times something happens and I had to send video to see what happen and they sent me the part that I needed to replace it. The problem still there I sent more video I asked a place that I can take the scooter because I am not a mechanic especially when I spend $2.300 why should I do it. They suggested me a place but I need to pay for the service I had not choice. The the mechanic told me he need to replace some parts after email to REV Rides for the part even if the scooter was under warranty they charge me for the part.
