Satisfied with the number, I headed up to Woodland to have the tire serviced later in the afternoon. Approaching the door, there is a sign posted to prepare any people entering that there is a large, loud dog inside. There is a large, loud dog inside and his name is Thunder. He has the sweetest stare and a friendly temperament- I loved petting him! But, back to business. The store owner (didn't catch his name) was very personable and we got to chatting about his beloved animals (he has a photo of his previous dog, Cloud, hanging near the door) as he fixed my tire. The repair was complete in less than ten minutes. The price was very reasonable; I will be back for my bike repair needs in the future!

The employee at the front was very helpful, provided clear directions to the trails, and had us ready to go in under five minutes.. Rental rate of $5 per hour was very reasonable, and they had a wide variety of cruisers to choose from out front. We contacted REV Rides and spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars on replacement parts and costly repairs to no avail. While it was nice to be able to talk to the warranty manager (Adrian) at REV Rides to help us diagnose the problem, nothing that was recommended, including the replacement parts, fixed the problem. The scooter is now sitting in my garage collecting dust. Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.
