The employee at the front was very helpful, provided clear directions to the trails, and had us ready to go in under five minutes.. Rental rate of $5 per hour was very reasonable, and they had a wide variety of cruisers to choose from out front. Tom (owner) was super helpful and quick to diagnose what the bike needed. He was able to get my ride back to me in a matter of days despite the fact that it needed a full overhaul. The Borrego now looks (and feels) brand new: clean, crisp and smooth. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs quick turn around (it seems like everywhere else had month long waits OR MORE), and who likes their ride in tip-top shape.

Ten months later the problems began…read more For no apparent reason the scooter stopped shifting into higher gears (2 & 3)--she was stuck in the lowest gear (1) unable to go more than 5 mph. We contacted REV Rides and spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars on replacement parts and costly repairs to no avail. While it was nice to be able to talk to the warranty manager (Adrian) at REV Rides to help us diagnose the problem, nothing that was recommended, including the replacement parts, fixed the problem. The scooter is now sitting in my garage collecting dust. Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.
