First time here and looking forward to returning! Service was excellent and seating was comfortable. Dining in on Christmas Day had a limited menu. However, we found enough delicious items to satisfy our tummy's. We started with steamed pork dumplings which were excellent. We tried Reunion Asian Kitchen for the first time and it was good. We had planned to dine in but when we got to the restaurant a sign on the door said carry out only so we ordered to go. It was a short wait. The inside was dimly lit and dated so getting it to go was a better choice. Our food was hot and good. We had war sue guy and crispy orange chicken with sides of chicken egg rolls, fried, and steamed rice. Overall the food was good; a solid four (4) out of five (5) and we would eat there again. The portions were generous although somewhat bland. For example the orange chicken had only the slightest hint of orange but it was still good. read more

I frequent this place atleast once a week and have tried everything on the menu. My favorite go to is the beef fried rice on its own, beef chow mein, and diet menu (steam chicken w/veggies, its juicy & delicious sauce on the side.) New favorite is sweet and sour chicken. The only thing i could say is if they can make sure the inside breading is slightly cooked more but other than that it will get you addicted!!! read more

For some reason, since Reunion opened, I seemed to have a preconceived notion that their food would be blah. Don't know where it came from, or how it developed, but it was what it was. And because of those preconceived notions, it took me forever to try them out - actually it was on a friends suggestion we get takeout from their for lunch one afternoon. I'm happy I finally put my questionings aside, because both my meals have been quite good since then. First time, I tried their Chicken Teriyaki Lunch Bento Box, and it was very good. Yes, the chicken was a bit over-cooked, but in the grand scheme of life, it wasn't atrocious. I liked having a variety of things to pick and choose from - the crab rangoon, 2 spring rolls, etc. I enjoyed this meal. My second go-round was for dinner, and I tried the Crispy Walnut Shrimp. Quite good. Of course, it's maybe not the most healthy option - the sauce is a mixture of honey and mayonnaise, but sometimes in life a splurge is warranted. I really appreciated the packaging when I picked up my order to-go. Everything was compartmentalized - fried crispy breaded shrimp and roasted walnut in one container; pineapple chunks in another container; the sauce in a third separate container. This allowed everything to stay hot and crisp, nothing got soggy, even on my second and thirds of leftovers. Right now, Reunion is only doing take-out, no dining in. They have the inside space partitioned - tables are moved up toward the front to partition off the pick-up area. There's sanitizer and clean/used containers for pens for before/after you sign your recipe. The gal manning front-of-house was polite and expressed their gratitude for ordering from Reunion. I love Chinese, Thai, Southeast Asian food in general, so I'll be sure and remember this spot if I want convenient food and don't feel like driving more than 5 minutes. Kissho is an awesomely named Asian restaurant. It also has good food. There's Americanized stuff but they have some pretty good items. It looks like it's kind of fancy inside. This is still pretty casual though. I had the Kung Pao Tofu. It's about $10 for the lunch portion. This is a pretty large amount of food for the price, so this gets points for value. It's better tasting compared to many Chinese restaurants. Much better than a typical strip mall takeout. It wasn't busy. It only had a few other customers for a weekend lunch. The food is very good; however.. Be aware that the app for online orders always says the order will be ready in 40 minutes. So you might go in after 40 minutes (as I did recently) and have to wait an additational 30 minutes for the order. Ordered sesame chicken with fried rice, which was mushy - I felt like I was eating lumpy mashed potatoes. The sesame chicken reminded me of sweet and sour chicken but was not good. There was way more batter than chicken on the nuggets and it left an after taste. I called to let them know about the rice and was told that this was the way they make it. She said something about steamed rice and it was more like that but with the appearance of fried. It was also very sticky like sushi rice. She appeared to be thinking that I was wanting something. My aunt has been raving about this place for the past few weeks so my mother and I decided to try it out for dinner. We were able to choose our own table and although the restaurant had a steady stream of take out orders, the owner was very polite and attentive to us. There is a nice variety of Asian cultural cuisine here - everything from Americanized Chinese to Thai to Japanese Hibachi. My mother had the rice noodles with chicken. It was very light and fresh, yet filling. I had the Hibachi chicken which came with miso soup, salad with delicious ginger dressing, and rice. Brown rice is an option here, which is always nice in my book. The miso soup was standard, but the ginger dressing on the salad was above par. The Hibachi chicken had a great flavor and seasoning and was very fresh. The decor is fairly modern and clean, and there were add-ons that enhanced the dine-in experience like complimentary pickled veggies and fried wonton strips as well as an added candy with the fortune cookie with the check. The place is family owned, and the couple's two young children were present. After our meal, they came over to us and spoke with us. We played some games with them, and my mother and I really enjoyed talking with them! We promised them we'd be back next week. So this was our first time here and it was nice there was only us and one other person so service was okay , to start we ordered the crab ragoon and pan fried dumplings and they both were prepared very well and tasted wonderful, for my main course I had bento box with teriyaki chicken and it tasted great it came with miso or a salad I got the miso and the miso and it wasn't as hot as I would have liked it was just kinda warm but tasted really good and had a lot of tofu bits which was a nice change. I would love to give this place negative stars. I ordered for the first time tonight and when I arrived at the restaurant at the time provided I was told the food was not ready. The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable, but I already prepaid so I waited. It took over **40** additional minutes after my quoted pick up time before my food was ready. When I got home they had given my husband tofu instead of chicken in his General Tso's which I would NEVER have ordered. When I tried mine, the food was so salty it was not edible. Let me just say, I add A LOT of salt to my food, but this was just awful. I messaged the restaurant for a refund, but I doubt I get a response. I do NOT want a store credit and I will not leave my home again to return the garbage they are trying to pass as food. $50 for straight trash. read more

Great, traditional American Chinese food in Pickerington. Our family of 5 ordered the General Tso's Chicken (came with white rice), a full order of fried rice and chicken egg rolls and it was good for one meal. Order 2 meats (ie: 2 General Tso's) if you have big eaters in the family. Everyone loved the food - it was hot and fresh.
