The restaurant has been around a long time as you can tell from the seating. I have had take away back in 2020 and it was good. Yesterday i ate inside. I had the Drunken Noodle dish with shrimp. It was surprisingly good. But my dinner companion did not like her entree. She ordered Chinese Garlic Chicken which wasnt garlicky and way too too sweet. I concur bc I tasted it. The chef came out to nicely explain why it tasted different from other places and then offered another dish she may like better. Thai Garlic Chicken. Nope. She did not. Said it was so very bland. Nor did she like the Crab Rangoon that had corn inside...? That is different from any other Asian restaurant as it's normally the same recipe all over with difference being real crab vs fake. The drinks were very strong - to the point where they were hard to enjoy. We also tried the egg drop soup, edamame, and chicken dumplings - all okay, but nothing particularly memorable. My husband had the Chap Chai with clear bean noodles and mixed veggies. I was seated at a booth and there were only a few customers at that time (4 pm on a Thursday). I had water, since I could not have a Mai Thai. The server confirmed the bar wasn't open. The room is dark and intimate, with dark walnut and mahogany tones lending a sense of calm. . We started with Calamari- and although the pieces were on the larger side - and mostly singlets- the breading was very so-so. Somewhat light, but uninspired. Average, However, our food was two steps above that. . My wife ordered Seafood Ka Pow. And "Ka Pow!" Is Right. This was sort of a Ramen/ Pancit/Lo Mein Dish, with Crab, Mussels, Fish cuts, and Scallops in a medium spicy black pepper sauce - cool in the mouth, and a little bite at the end that develops throughout the meal. Called to make a reservation and was forwarded to a third party answering service. Left a message regarding our group and never received any confirmation. If you are looking for something to drink besides water, this is not your place. Apparently they lost their liquor license. They also have no sodas of any type. But here's the real kicker, they don't have any hot tea (crossed off menu). Imagine an Asian restaurant with no hot tea. On the plus side our group of six had five different meals and they were fairly decent. They also kept the water glasses full. Nothing real special about the decore. They are only offering carry out now and it's difficult to find their menu but I managed to see it on their Facebook page, updated in 2018. Pad Thai has always been my to go dish at Thai restaurant but I was debating if I should order it after reading some reviews. And I did. Everyone has different taste and their pad Thai is indeed different from other Thai's restaurant(lacking the spice). However, they did mention it was in tamarind sauce on their menu, so it is on the sweet-sour side. It may not be my favorite but it's still tasty. I only managed to eat half in one go as it can be a little overwhelming. The peanuts and lime is served on the side. To complement the meal, I got the Thai iced tea. I think they used condensed milk so it's quite sweet too. It would have been a nice complement if the pad thai is not that sweet. FYI: there's a bell somewhere on the table so ring it for service. Until today this restaurant used to be our go to place when we were in the area. After today we will no longer visit this location. We arrived as a party of 6 to a restaurant that was maybe at 30% capacity. The majority of the tables were empty and clean. However the two larger tables were occupied. As such we were told that we would have to wait until they left in order to be seated. We noticed that they had 4 tables that were 4tops and could easily be slid together for our group. Upon asking they outright refused and stated "we might get other customers that could use them". We asked for the manager and were told that they were cooking food and couldn't speak to us. At this point we were completely floored at the poor treatment by the staff. As such we will take our business elsewhere from now on. This location permanently lost loyal customers. read more

When you first walk in you will notice this restaurant is massive and there are a ton of tables! When we came it wasn't very busy so we got seated fast and our food came out fast as well. Our server was also very friendly and helpful too! For starters we had the crab rangoons and the hot and sour soup. Both dishes were great starters! For our main dishes we had the pho, pad see you (interesting spelling), general tso's chicken, and panang curry. All of their dishes were reasonably priced and they were all very tasty!
