I tried supporting this local shop, but after what I saw, I won't be back. Watching a kid get…read morecharged $50 for a two-pack item with a $14.99 MSRP was enough for me. That's roughly $25 per modern pack--for cards that aren't vintage, scarce, or anything remotely special. There's a difference between running a business and shamelessly exploiting hype, and this shop clearly knows exactly what it's doing. That's not "market pricing," that's blatant price gouging aimed at the people least likely to know better. Card shops are supposed to build community and help grow the hobby, especially for kids. Instead, this place feels more interested in squeezing every possible dollar out of excited young collectors and their parents. It's hard to call yourself a community shop when you're pricing families out of the hobby. If your business model depends on overcharging kids and parents who don't know better, that says everything people need to know. Even their video games are priced way more than even EBay prices.

They had multiple cards I was interested in so I get ready for my 40 min trek, head over there, walk in and see the cards I wanted ON DISPLAY with price tags and everything. So I tell them I'm interested in a few cards and I'm told "oh I need to look at all these cards again."...so I wait around for 15 min just to essentially be told nothing they went out of their way to post on their instagram was for sale.... So I dragged my one year old son on a 2 hr trek for literally nothing. Will not be returning to this store ever

It can be difficult to locate video games that are rare, my only con is the price points for the video games are pretty high. I snagged a few games for my collection and will definitely be back to purchase more. The employee who assisted was kind and answered all of my questions. Go buy some games, cheer

From the start, interactions with the owner felt inconsistent. Listings described items as "mint" or "like new," but what I received didn't match those descriptions. When I reached out, the responses were vague and shifted depending on the question, which made it difficult to get a clear resolution. What stood out most was the lack of transparency. Basic questions about sourcing and condition grading were met with unclear answers, and at times the explanation seemed to change. As a buyer, that creates a level of uncertainty that's hard to ignore--especially in a market where condition and trust are everything. After this experience, I took a closer look at other feedback and noticed similar concerns about communication and consistency. Even if each case is different, the overlap is enough to raise caution. A business like this relies heavily on trust between the seller and the customer. Right now, based on how this was handled, that trust just isn't there for me. I'd recommend being very thorough--ask detailed questions, document everything, and don't rely solely on the listing descriptions. In fact I got text saying i owed a few dollars in late fees. Text sounded a little snarky .I responded to him right away and a told him I would come pay the fees the next day- I told him I was terribly sorry for the oversight. I got a response right away saying thank you for my understanding. If you have a late fee - just pay it. It might not be much but if everyone owed a dollar it would add up real.quick.. The organization of the movies is odd to me... BUTT....you can ask an employee to help and they are always willing to. Like I said- I love this place!

I need to see the box. Look at the pictures on the back and really weigh my options. That's why I love this place. I can rent games for all systems. I can rent DVDs and blue rays. I can choose from a physical selection instead of virtual. They have it all and its close to home. Hello instant gratification. The real bonus isn't the selection and gratifaction. It's the prices and customer service. The employees will bend over backwards for the customers. Reserving games and movies to make the customer happy. The prices are so affordable. Rent a game for $4 for 3 days. And for a dollar a day after that you can re rent for two days. This place is amazing. I can only hope that it weathers and stands 20 years from now.
