I had previously used them a few times to clean out a dryer vent at a rental property. The last…read moretime they serviced it, the technician cut the vent screen to access the dryer vent and did not fix/replace it. As a result, there was an opening between the 1st floor ceiling and the 2nd floor. A rat found its way above the ceiling and chewed through a drainage pipe from the upstairs shower. Cost me over $1k to fix the plumbing and rectify the rat issue.
