I'm guessing, they only do business with contractors now, because they don't answer phones, don't update the website, don't list any locations for customers... but somehow claim they are still open. I guess uncle Benny only cares about his political campaign now. What a shame, I used to wander the yard and leave with hundreds of dollars worth of stuff I didn't know I needed.

The handmade furniture here was really beautiful and of good quality, but I have no need for any of it now. However the store has many small items from home decor pieces to inexpensive jewelry that are handmade and quite nice. There was a broad variety of styles too and I saw a cute little ring that my husband treated me to. It was fun in the store too, with very friendly staff.

My husband and I have been shopping for desks for our home office. Convinced we couldn't afford…read morehandmade furniture, we'd done a lot of looking into the typical mall-type stores, but we were pretty disappointed that most of the stuff within our price range was your usual made in China, will-fall-apart-in-two-years junk. We were very sad about our prospects until we met Lee at Boulder Furniture Arts. The clouds parted, and we became happy again (and this is not literary hyperbole, I promise you). Lee took a lot of time with us, discussing exactly what we wanted and how we could make it fit within our price range, and we exchanged many e-mails. Throughout the entire process, he's been thoughtful and very friendly. The result is that we've ordered two gorgeous, eco-friendly solid cherry desks at reasonable prices, and we're both tickled pink at how our office is going to look. He really did make us incredibly happy with his excellent service and attentiveness to our needs, and we enthusiastically recommend Boulder Furniture Arts for that reason. Don't waste your money buying particleboard furniture made in China--go talk to the fine folks at this wonderful store, and you'll be thrilled at what you end up with.

It took a long time for me to make a decision, but Becky was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, not at all pushy, and was ready to take my order when I was comfortable with the purchase. When it was delivered from Norway, I brought it home and noticed that a section of the leather on the side seemed a little darker than the rest and it felt tacky to the touch. I brought it back to the store where Becky and Samantha examined it closely and agreed that something was just not right. Becky offered to order a new upholstered leather top to replace it. The second top arrived and it is in fine shape. I really appreciate Becky's offer to replace the top. It demonstrated to me the willingness of the business to accommodate its customers. This ottoman really is gorgeous. It is made with Stressless' top-of-the-line leather called Noblesse. It's the softest most supple leather I've ever felt and worth the price, IMO. If you're thinking of purchasing Stressless leather furniture, I'd urge you to save up a bit more so that you can buy their Noblesse leather. It is so luxurious! And, I'm delighted that Danish Furniture Colorado is here in Longmont and that Becky and Samantha are so willing to go the extra mile to please their customers!
