We were very impressed with his work ethic and the quality of his work. 4000 square feet took about 10 full days. Note that we saved ceiling update for later. No spills, no smudges and an overall beautiful job showing commitment and craftsmanship. We were so pleased that we gave him the job of painting our for sale 100 square foot condo as well and had the same feelings about his work. Robert is the owner and does all the painting himself so no hit or miss variability. We plan on having him back for selected exterior work in the near future as well. This underlayment is not recommended by the manufacturer (Portercraft Floors). Frank LaCava installed the floor incorrectly and now it will need to be replaced. Nelson Melara installed our tile and the grout is soft/crumbling and will need to be replaced. Nelson is unresponsive and does not stand behind his work.

Wow, was that the right decision!! H Drywall wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but I felt like Hector took his time with the quote and really understood what we wanted. From contract signing to delivery of drywall was 7 days, and work started that afternoon. 7 days later (5 working days, plus the weekend), the job is complete and ready for paint. It looks INCREDIBLE. I can't rave enough about the team--every single day, they arrived on-time and worked hard. They were so respectful of our home, too; they even brought their own microwave and plugged it in outside for their food, even though they absolutely could have used our microwave in the kitchen! The clean-up was extensive, and the only issues we had were a damaged light switch and a missing puck light--both of which were reimbursed in the final invoice.
