One of the sales staff approached to see what I needed. When I explained that I could no longer find any 8x8 tile in Boulder she told me that most manufacturers had discontinued that size. She suggested trying Resource, a recycle house parts function of Boulder Eco-cycle. In fact I knew of them because my contractor had taken my old doors there. Leftover tile project stock is sold there and she said it was probably the only place in Boulder to find some 8x8's. And off I went.

True pros working with what they were given. I bought the tile prior to hiring the Honey Do List, which makes it a perfect company name. I did not have the time or skill to complete it as well as they did. The brick behind it was super wavy, bumpy and not level, but the new tile is perfect! They came back out 3 times to work on the various issues that should have been taken care of at the start. We asked them to help us set our humidifier to keep the floors in good shape, which they did, however; filler and cracks started to work their way out around 9 months after the job. After a year there are large cracks after having the previous refinish last for 9 years. I finally got a hold of them after 2 months of texting//calling and their solution was to ask if they could give us a quote to refinish them again. At one point I even received an empty/blank invoice. The biggest failure- the sales rep, in trying to make a quick sale failed to disclose the extra tile wouldn't be available for return should I have extra. Yet, and curiously she did mention a restocking fee for the tile returns?!?! So when I tried to schedule a return of extra tiles, imagine my shock that they would not take the tiles...and the best part, they blamed me for the oversight. Ridiculous. If you need tile, I've got loads of it.

We lost our house in the Marshall Fire and spent close to six figures with Atlas and their…read moreinstallers on our rebuild. Atlas' salesperson (Tommy) ordered the underlayment for our floor. This underlayment is not recommended by the manufacturer (Portercraft Floors). Frank LaCava installed the floor incorrectly and now it will need to be replaced. Nelson Melara installed our tile and the grout is soft/crumbling and will need to be replaced. Nelson is unresponsive and does not stand behind his work.
