The thought of a flooded basement (we have had rain for the last 7 days) filled me with dread and quite a bit of panic. I called Quynnlectric and could not have chosen better!!! Jason helped me figure out how to get temporary power to my sump pump and fridge and he was out at my house within a couple of hours! He was so kind, understanding, and quick! He was in and out in less than an hour. He fixed my immediate problem, but Xcel had to come out for the rest. Instead of leaving it up to me to handle Xcel, he called them personally, explained the urgency of my situation, and was able to get them to my house in less than 2 hours. In addition to the excellent work and fantastic customer service, his pricing was more than reasonable. The cost came to about half of what I was expecting :) I really can't thank Jason enough for everything he has done for me. If you need an honest, reputable, and thorough electrician, make sure to give the folks at Quynnlectric a call - you won't be disappointed.

They really went way above and beyond for us and several of their other clients they had scheduled for the week! They could've easily called and just canceled, but they were working overtime trying to help their clients and not leave anyone hanging!! This is why I like to support local family oriented companies! We are so sorry to hear of your tragedy and our prayers are with your family at this time! THANK YOU so much for taking the time to help us get everything in order for our closing before leaving town. We HIGHLY recommend this company above all in the Brighton area!

He offered, on his own, to return the following morning to finish the work. The technician did return but spent less than four minutes completing the job. The second visit was needed solely because the technician did not have the basic materials on hand, and he was the one who offered to come back. This is an unacceptable business practice. Had the extra charge for a four minute follow up visit been communicated ahead of time, I would have declined, but no such courtesy was extended.
