I purchased my home in December 2014 and hired Warner Concepts to complete my reno in January 2015 based on their client service and pricing. Geoff and his crew are absolutely the most trustworthy and reliable contractors I have worked with. Geoff was very patient, honest and collaborative from the initial quote right through to the final touchups six weeks later, when I moved in to my condo in West Highlands. He and his team kept in close touch with me throughout the project, providing me with excellent advice and clear pricing on the options I chose. The guys were always on time, efficient and dedicated to quality workmanship, down to the smallest detail. I'm so pleased I chose them to renovate my condo and everyone who sees my place ooh's and aah's at the gorgeous reno. I will not go to anyone else for future work in Denver!

Josh is the absolute best of the best. A true craftsman with the utmost integrity. I can…read morewhole-heartedly recommend him which is hard to say about many contractors. I originally hired Josh years ago for a very small job which he humbly accepted in between his other large jobs (in hindsight he was far overqualified). I knew he would be our person for any future projects. When it came time for cabinetry for our basement finish, I knew Josh was who we would use. To cover my bases, I explored a couple other quotes. Here's the nutshell on that. While Josh's pricing was at first glance (slightly) on the higher side than other quotes, the value easily exceeded the other quotes we got. One was slightly less but the cabinets would have to be painted after install (they didn't provide painting) whereas Josh follows best practices and all cabinets were expertly painted prior to install. Josh is also able to do just about anything you can dream of. We did a custom wardrobe-style storage closet with paneling to match an adjacent wall and the work he did seamlessly integrates with the work of our basement carpenter. Moreover, when some things went south with our project and we had to have the floors redone, Josh really saved us. We no longer trusted our original carpenter and Josh helped fix trim work that had been damaged in the floor debacle process. As you can see, I really can't say enough good things about Josh and his skills. The bonus to all of this is he is a kind, genuine person who is genuinely wonderful to be around. Don't be surprised if it feels as comfortable having him in your home as it does a long-time friend. Show Josh respect and kindness and he will return it tenfold and more.

He worked diligently, finishing quickly; and was pleasant to have around as I worked from home while he worked. Josh delivered exceptional quality carpentry work. I could not be more pleased! Not only did this project significantly increase my home's value, I now have the most beautiful modern kitchen, custom trim, and custom cabinets and bathroom vanities!

We received…read moreseveral bids but ultimately went with Bunn and Sons because Tom took the time to work with us on the project scope, clearly explained the process and was transparent about the variables that could affect our initial vision and budget for the project. To our delight, Tom worked with us and made recommendations along the way. He introduced his subcontractors and we felt very comfortable with him and his crew being in our house. Brook ran project communications through a really convenient app with the diligence of a project manager, which helped us keep tabs on progress while maintaining full-time careers. The end result was even better than than we originally imagined -Tom's crew found and fixed many existing "homeowner specials" that posed risks if left alone. He did the work right (and BEAUTIFULLY!) and provided layout expertise that allowed us to install a full-size shower instead of a smaller one, as well as gorgeous locally custom-built barn doors. We highly recommend Bunn and Sons & look forward to working with him to renovate other parts of our house!
