Monday came and I couldn't get in the schedule. They assured they could make it Tuesday. Come Tuesday I got a text saying they were an hour away. 2 hours later I contacted them and they stated they have been driving around for 30 minutes asking neighbors where our house was. I asked why they didn't call so I could assist, Humble Electric said I guess it wasn't meant to be because I didn't see there truck driving around. I asked them to look at all the new electrical work and within minutes they identified several significant issues (not the first problem I had with the contractor I hired to do the reno) and on my request provided a quote to correct the issues. Ben and Jeff came out the next week and spent 4 hours correcting the problems (upgrading breakers, code compliance, adding GFI protection, and adding boxes) in my new kitchen. They had to add a box to the exterior wall of my kitchen (since it was already finished) so they also installed a very nice exterior outlet. They were punctual, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after the job, but most importantly competent, skilled and efficient. SJO Electric not only repaired the faulty work of another firm but gave me peace of mind that the work was done correctly. I now feel safe in my home again!
