We had the folks from Restore & Construct replace our wide concrete driveway completely with pavers. They were all very professional but Mario, our project manager was great. He shared his cel phone # and was always available when we had questions during the process - either by text or phone. Mario kept in close contact and was our point person. We ended up with a change and adding in the walkway to the front gate to finish off the job and they were able to quickly pivot. The team all explained what was going to happen and when. The job was completed in a week. Their pricing was pretty fair for the area involved. We'd use them again. read more

Our main bathroom required a badly needed rebuild due to water damage. Our neighbors K & H highly recommended Restore & Construct, who did great work for them due to a pipe burst that left their first floor badly damaged. We worked project estimators Michael & Maxwell. With their years of construction experience, they compiled our requirements, suggested layout, and materiel enhancements. Upon our satisfaction, they worked up a proposal right then and there, which we accepted. A few days later, project lead Gustavo called us to establish contact and to start scheduling his team of workers. Our project called for demolishing the bathroom, repairing the water damage by removing and replacing the affected floor plates, wall studs, and sub-floors. They replaced all the plumbing as well, The upgraded bathroom now has ceramic tiles on the floor and wall, brand new custom crafted vanity (by Restore and Construct). We had all new fixtures (bath tub, toilet, dual sinks, faucets, shower heads, heater/fan, and recessed lighting) installed. The bathroom looks gorgeous! The hallway leading to the main bath was pretty dark during daylight hours, so we also asked Michael & Maxwell to price the installation of a couple of VELEX Sun Tunnel© skylights in the hallway, and to refinish the ceiling surface. That project turned out great as well. A huge shout out to the construction team, Jaime, Franklin, Sandy, Eduardo (and helpers), Victor (and helpers), the tile setter, the glazier, the granite installers, the Sun Tunnel skylight installers, and those I missed. They are all polite and excellent workers. I hope they all got raises. I would highly recommend Restore & Construct for ANY small upgrade project to your home or property. Before sharing my overall experience, I want to start by saying that Joe(consultant) and Jason(contractor )came to my home to provide an estimate, and they were absolutely wonderful. During our conversation, they explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and were very detailed and professional. Because of them, I felt confident and excited to move forward with this company. Unfortunately, after signing and moving forward, my experience completely changed. My project never even began. I received no communication from the office, Michelle, or Jose (the project manager). I called multiple times and left messages, but no one ever returned my calls. This started at the end of November 2025, and after several attempts throughout December, I still never heard back. I even provided a deposit, believing everything was approved and ready to move forward. Thankfully, the deposit was never cashed--but no one ever contacted me to explain what was happening. Now, on February 5, 2026, I finally reached out again because I truly wanted to move forward with my project. I genuinely liked how Joe and Jason represented the company and explained everything so well--it made me want to work with them. That's when I was informed that my application had been denied by underwriting and that the production team had declined the job because it was underbid. This was extremely disappointing, especially because my husband had already started getting estimates from other companies, and I was holding onto hope with this one. What hurt the most was learning this three months later, with no communication whatsoever. A simple phone call or notice could have avoided all of this. Due to the severe lack of communication, this company has lost a customer. I do not recommend this business based on my experience. However, I strongly recommend Joe and Jason. If you're reading this--this company does not deserve the level of professionalism, honesty, and dedication you both showed. First off, to set the record straight, Restore and Construct is very pricey. That said, every one of the contractors from roofing, painting, carpeting and all the little side repair jobs were done excellently, on every job. All the contractors were very professional and knew their trade inside and out., and I ask a lot of questions.. All the workers were courteous and mindful of the private space and space being worked on at the time. I recommended Restore and Construct to one of our neighbors-- and they chose to get a remodel of their kitchen. Mike and Gus from Restore and Construct were walking down my street soliciting business and stopped at my house. They offered me many services which I was not ready to avail myself of but they did offer things the business they represented could do to the front my house that were more in my budget to make it look nicer. This all started in December 2025. The problems that came up were when they needed to come back to touch up things and there were month long delays. From that point on, the person who was supposed to straighten things out was Anthony. He promised me days and dates that he supposedly had scheduled people to come out and touch up and finish missed or unfinished projects and yet no one showed. When somebody did come out, there were 3 things that needed to be addressed and the employee who showed up said that he was only there to do one of them. This required me to call Anthony again. This happened over and over, with a constant litany of excuses for why they could not show up or finish the projects. They left a 14" pole in the flower bed with water and it rusted. When they carried the pole out to the trash, it leaked rusty water approximately 400ft across my carport and patio cement, staining it indelibly. I sent Anthony and other people at Restore and Construct pictures of the damage and played phone tag with Anthony for 3 months trying to get the situation resolved. Finally, they sent someone out to power wash the stained cement which did not remove the stains. Again, I was stuck trying to get Anthony to remedy the problem. No solution was ever provided to resolve the issue to this day. read more

well the other review is not me who actually wrote the review and theres lots i can say about why not to use this company. FIRST THERE COMMUNICATION SUCKS!! 1 i got texture from them all over my stuff IN MY GARAGE! Paint all over the floor that i had to clean up. painting job was not complete and was rushed and was not completly coated. I had a lead guy named sandy a supervisor i guess. try to tell me what i already knew i was right about concerning a attic ladder install. And written on the instructions it says no gaps in joints of ladder. He said thats normal its ok lmfao!! so he tried talking over me like he knew something. sorry i have a construction background and sandy is a moron!!. I have installed these ladders before. And i redid mine with a different ladder since sandy got a cheap one. ( breach of contract not the only one) Come to find they had 4 x 6 x54 in beam that cracked that was removed from location in other portion of the job.that was installed with 2 -3in screws to my amazement. I like how securityvof the client is priority! The attic ladder they put in horribly and couldnt figure out why it was not going in right at all. Which once i seen the one at lowes that sandy brought it was clear. sandy said or tried to fast talk me into thinking it was correct. wrong first i was supposed to get a $800 ladder but saNDY Took it upon himself to go get one that cost less than $400. I installed the new ladder by myself and it came out perfect first try. And is way more secure and stable. imagine that!! There 2 roofer / carpenters ( choke) couldnt do it right. they made a mess of my yard killed the new grass i had planted. Had nails i kept finding for iver a month or more i still have roofing material here and was supposed to have the ladder redone in febuary but it didnt happen i had to do it! (In june) well i have finally closed the door on the work they did and parts i had to fix. Only took 4 months so crazy oh and they wrote a estimate to paint a portion of the inside of my friends house and the estimate that was given 20k you could paint inside and out 2 times almost at that price on the estimate. so its your choice to use them or not i would not reccommend them to my enemy at this point. Hey maybe it works out better for you than i. Also had ducting come apart during the job i let sandy know and he said you need to get the silver duct and tape! really i need to, lol what a joke. Was told alot of things that didnt happen from the crew couldnt work cause they got in a car accident that never happened. Thevones the two looked to work hard and did for most part but limited knowledge other than roofing id say and they work with a lead that loves to stand around and talk instead of working The only time they were on top of things was when they wanted money! Restore and Construct works on anything in your home. I have this sliding security gate across my driveway. It was over 20 years old. It was originally poorly constructed. The welding was terrible, it sagged and the paint was coming off. Because it was so poorly constructed, the gate was also very noisy when opening and closing. Restore and Construct designed and built me a new sliding gate. The gate has additional braces welded on to keep the gate straight and prevent sagging. The gate was also powder coated to prevent rusting. They arrived on time as scheduled and started disassembling the old gate. They were very clean on the disposal and started installation immediately. The workers were very professional and made sure the new gate lined up perfectly. Once the gate was installed, they tested it. It was so quiet when it opened and closed, I could not believe it. The price of the gate and installation was also very reasonable. Jose, probably Restore and Construct company policy, does things other companies don't do. They also don't do things other companies do. Jose doesn't sell me services I don't need or need at this time. He explains in easy to understand language anything I don't comprehend. R and C painted the raw wood the questionable roof company put up. R and C put fascia where there wasn't any and replaced what was rotten. When R and C installed the gutters the faucet on my rain barrel was too low to the ground. I asked a worker to put a heavy brick and cement piece of construction material the plumber left behind under the barrel. It was a pleasant verbal exchange with the worker doing something that wasn't part of his job. Now R and C is redoing the stucco. In addition to power washing the walls, they did the under side of the porch roof and the security door. Then they painted the under side of the roof instead of leaving it the patchwork of colors the roofing company left it. They don't just lay down plastic. R and C tapes everything down to catch all the trash. As part of the stucco work they demolished a large falling down wooden shed. R and C is also replacing the electric meter box, the access panels to under the house, the door frame for the back door and sealing the holes in the wall the plumber left behind. I have a 70+ year old house and it's looking brand new. Any future projects I have for the yard or the inside of the house I will use Restore and Construct. I enthusiastically endorse them to anyone who will listen. read more
