George was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options. Since my car was imported and many of the parts have been discontinued, he gave me honest advice instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. I followed his recommendation and had the broken piece welded. After putting everything back together, the convertible top is now working perfectly. I really appreciate George's honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. It's hard to find shops that are this knowledgeable about older and imported vehicles. Thank you to everyone at Royal Auto Top for pointing me in the right direction!

I actually meant to post this review some time ago, but I forgot, and a recent conversation…read morereminded me. I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards…read more Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

I brought my VW Alltrack to VW Garage after a jeep sideswiped my left passenger door. Lucio was…read morevery quick to respond, and when I got my car back I could never have been able to tell there was damage. The repair was flawless for the price! That being said, I quickly noticed they got globs of what appear to be white paint on the door handles and seats, which was quite annoying to get out. They also missed the clearcoat on the left passenger handle when they were touching it up, as it has a distinctly rougher texture than the rest of the handles. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work I received and the price I paid, I only wish the attention to detail was a little better going forward.

I was originally told to drop my car off before the end of the day and that they would work on it and have it done by tomorrow morning. I dropped my car off around 4pm and Andy mentioned that they would actually be able to start on my vehicle right away and try and get it done before they close. I got a call an hour later letting me know it was done (and at a very, very reasonable price)! As seen in the photos, the install went well, with perfect alignment of the tips to the diffuser and to each other. Also, the new exhaust is exactly what I wanted! Stock exhaust quiet when idling but opens up nicely when steeping on the gas. I had an amazing first experience with Andy and his team at Pro-Spec Autosport and will definitely be coming back for any future mechanical work or aftermarket parts install!
