Unfortunately, due to years of sun damage and my husband's unfortunate tendency to leave the windows open during rainstorms, the driver's side seat was ruined. All the leather had cracked into sharp points and split so that the stuffing was leaking out. Sitting in it was like sitting on barnacles. By the time I brought it in, the guys said that the best thing to do was scour junkyards for a new front seat and just replace the whole thing. They were incredibly helpful before I even paid a cent, directing me to potential junkyards that might have my model and cheerfully taking multiple phone calls to verify that the seat I found would fit my model of car. When I finally brought her in for surgery, they only charged us $20 to put the new seat in, despite having to do more work than expected to get the seat-belt retro fit. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will bring them any car I have in the future that needs interior work.

I strongly do not recommend this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle that had severe issues immediately, making it undriveable the day I got it home. On top of that, I was promised the car had an automatic starter would be activated through the app once I bought the car -- that turned out to be completely false. The day after I purchased the vehicle, my salesman stopped responding to texts, calls, and emails (still nothing, after months of trying). I received zero communication. I had to physically go back to the dealership just to get anyone to acknowledge the situation. When the car finally went to their mechanic, the experience got worse. The mechanic was at least responsive, but complained about how expensive the repairs were and talked about trying a series of cheap, temporary fixes just to send me home -- even admitting they didn't think those fixes would work. I had the car in and out of the shop for the same problem at least 5 times without a fix. One time when I went in, I found my salesperson and asked why he hadn't responded for months. He said he was busy out having fun and partying because he doesn't have kids and has freedom, so he didn't get to return my call. He told me he would escalate to the owner... this happened twice and I continued to get no response and nothing from the owner For the first six months of ownership, my car was in the shop about half the time. I finally got in touch with the owner on my own and brought up the false promises about features. He just said everything was my fault and I should have known. He eventually offered to add the automatic starter, only if I paid half. Then instead of doing that, he completely stopped responding to my emails, texts, and calls, just like everyone else there Now I'm left with a car that I was unable to drive for months, that I've had to pour more money into after purchase, and had to pay for uber rides back and forth to their shop to get my car for repairs that didn't work. Avoid this dealership at all costs. You're honestly better off buying from Facebook Marketplace than dealing with this level of service.

I took the car to Mike's Auto Body, since they were good to me when I went to them 10 years ago. Mike was very personable then. I dread going through the process of getting quotes etc. knowing that the price and time would be an inconvenience to my busy work schedule. I drove my car in, hoping they'd give me a quick estimate at best and an appointment for (an estimate) another time at worst. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else. The price, though excellent, was secondary to the professionalism and respect the staff show me.
