    Pastrami Sandwich w/mac salad
    Gerry L.

Our golf club was out at 360° Ewa Beach C.C. and after our round we dined at Restaurant Tombo on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse. There is a wide selection of dishes, including starters, sushi, salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, plates, and bowls. Besides sharing a pitcher of beer, my tablemate ordered the Pastrami Sandwich and I had the Korean Fried Chicken. My plate came with rice and mac salad, but I asked for French Fries in place of the rice. Alas, I got a plate with rice and fries. Sigh. The pastrami sandwich comes with a choice of fries, mac, or green salad. My tablemate opted for the mac salad. Except for the faux pas on my dish, the food was well presented and prepared properly. Service was fine and the prices reasonable being that it's 2024. My primary quibble is their hours of operation. 11am on weekdays and 10am on weekends is too late for a golf course restaurant. They have a breakfast menu but why bother? Our tee time was at 6:40am so we had to find breakfast elsewhere. My other quibble is the limited choice in beer by the pitcher ... Bud Lite? The restaurant is nice and it could be so much more ... a conditional recommendation for now.

Korean fried chicken - da bomb!

Had lunch here before playing 18. I ordered the Korean fried chicken and it was just freaking delicious. Super crispy chunks of chicken that was not oversauced, but had the garlicky kick to it. My son ordered the chicken katsudon and he also liked it. Portion sizes were great - had enough left to eat for a snack during our round. We sat at a table that had a view of the practice green and the 18th hole. The tables on the other side of the room has a great view of the beach. My only regret is not coming back to eat here for a second time during our trip. Also want to give 5 stars for the staff and the service. Kitchen took only a short time to get our food out. Daniel and Amanda were very attentive and friendly to us (mainlanders). We enjoyed chatting golf with Daniel, who deserves recognition for just being an awesome and cool braddah. Thanks for making my son's day!

Dined in for an 11a lunch with a group of friends on a Thursday afternoon. It was a perfect time as they got busy just as we were about to leave and there was only 1 server. Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor with a nice view overlooking the putting green. Food was tasty & large portions for the price. We started with garlic fries, which was so good, didn't get a chance to take a pic of it ‍ The Korean sparkling drink was okay. I thought it'd be a sweet/citrus flavor but it was more tart. The "special sauce" on their burgers were delish. Ribeye steak & Korean Fried Chicken were also winners. I'd come back to try other items on the menu.

The Tonkotsu Ramen was absolutely fire! I'll definitely be coming back here to try more things!

Beautiful scenery of the lush green fairways. Restaurant Tombo is located on the second floor (elevator accessible). Due to the special 2-week "pop op" where a Michelin Chef served Pork Gomtang, Kim Chee tofu mandoo, there were crowds and the servers tried their best to keep up with the never ending flow of patrons. The entree was quite refine and the mandoo excellent. I think that local folks would prefer a heavily kochoguang flavored broth...stinging--this broth was refined...like for fine dining. I would like to go back and try their many other offerings

Stopped in for take away after golf. Poke bowls and rolls are fantastic. Great portions for the money. Give this place a try!

The food is Ono and it's prepared as though you're in a 5 star hotel restaurant. I've included pics of the new menu as of 4/27/2024

It was about 4 pm and the afterwork/before dinner rush was in full effect! Orders after orders. We decided to go with their fried chicken plate; Gina's special and a spicy bbq chicken. Haven't had a spicy bbq chicken so i was excited to give it a try. As we waited, we watched many others behind us get their choice of sides and orders out and was wondering if they missed our order. Unfortunately, our order was not printed. The tall gentlemen helping out in the back immediately apologized and put our order first in line and within a few minutes, we got our order. He then apologized again and loaded our plates. The mini looked like a large and the regular plate looked XL. They have a lot of side dishes to choose from. Our favorites are the choy sum, bean spouts and cuttlefish. Now for the food, it was AMAZING. The spicy bbq chicken is a must try! Not to spicy but has enough of a kick. You can't even go wrong with their regular bbq chicken. The Gina's special is completely loaded with chicken, beef and kalbi. I also enjoyed their fried chicken and may have to get that as a side as we had way too much rice and vegetables that we had to save some for later. Overall, the food is great! Customer service is excellence and even with the little mishap, I know the food and service makes up for it.
