Louie was very hospitable and friendly, explaining everything we needed to know about staying in his house. There are also a lot of informational notices about the house rules around, such as what is included in breakfast and tips. The house is very cozy and clean; our bed was comfortable. The bathroom very clean as well. There is also a half-bath on the main floor. He has some high-end perks, including a Dyson fan in our bedroom that I appreciated as I normally sleep with a fan on. The lamp has charging outlets.
Breakfast is DIY, offering hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, bread for toast, granola, oatmeal, bananas, and granola bar-type snacks. The coffee station has a fancy coffee maker with several coffee packet selections for an extra fee of $2 and up. He has Chobani creamer in the fridge (yum). There are also cold drinks in a glass-front cooler for extra charges, and you can use Venmo or cash. I bought a bottle of Norka root beer (Akron spelled backwards) to take home.
We did not use the hot tub in the backyard, but there is an extra charge to use. It is large enough for multiple people. He has a seating area on the back patio as well.
Louie does an excellent job of making guests feel at home.
