Someone by the name of Ev said he was trying to call me back last night but it wasn't going through. I called back last night and today 5 times and my call is being "forwarded" to voicemail. I need help from the Yelp community on how I can get this filter uninstalled so that I can work with a different company. I don't want to have to take Zyrtec in order to avoid hives after taking a shower. It's been a true nightmare working with Dupure. Then came the discounts.... from $10,000 to $9,000 to $8,000 to 7,000 down to $74 per month. And for some reason they feel the need to include 4 years worth of soaps. If the water is so good, why can't we use any soap? Why does it have to be theirs? Finally after 10:00 they finally leave and I was pissed. Come to find out the correct water company showed up a few days later and gave us a free filter and did another test, with much better results as well. I don't think I've ever had my intelligence insulted quite like I have with these cheap sales tactics.
