I had them come out to address a leak in my roof. They inspected the roof and showed me a picture of a sun burned hole on the shingle. I later climbed on the roof and did not find the sun burned hole in the picture. I did not hire them to address the problem. read more

He did a quick repair on a sagging corner gutter and said there would be no charge. Maybe I should have been able to fix it myself but I had already tried twice and failed. WOW!!!!! Tim is legit. I sent him a message on Yelp with pictures of the issue I was dealing with. I had some water marks inside the house on the ceiling and needed to take care of it. Within a hour, he got back to me with a date and time he could come out to take a look at my roof. Tim came over and went up to inspect the roof with his caulk gun. He spent about 15-20 minutes up there and when he came down he showed me a picture of a cracked tile. Tim explained that the roof still looks good. Tim is the real deal. He didn't waste anytime asking me if I wanted to seal the tile or not. When he came down from the roof the tile was already sealed along with several other places. He did not even charge me because he said it was just a roof inspection and while he was up there he just did it. Tim is a honest man. Great experience. Well, I did finally receive a call on 11/3/2015. I was told he got stuck up in the hills and had no cell service. Ok, what about a call the next 3 days? Oh well, at least he called I guess. I got a roof inspection from another roofing company informing me that I have three broken tiles and some tiles slip out of place. They quoted me for over $600. I'm so glad I contacted Rescue Roofer! Their name said it all. They rescue me from paying the other lying company $600. I asked Rescue Roofer for an estimate. He came early and was already on the roof inspecting the issue and FIXING it too! He said I only had one broken tile. He also went around and checked the other area of the roof and gutter. He found molding issue in some area and he gave me advice how to clean it out. My roof is actually in great condition and the other roof company gave me a standard roofing issue report to take money from me. Rescue roof is super honest and best service I have ever received. Wow!! We had a leak this morning on our ceiling and called Tim seeing that he was open on weekends for emergencies. At first we were just grateful that he was coming out in the rain, on a Saturday, and from 20 miles away. Very nice over the phone and super responsive. After a heavy rainy season we discovered a few cracked roof tiles and one tile that was actually missing (where could it have gone?????). Rescue roofer came out the next day in a unique "emergency vehicle" (red truck) and replaced the tiles. The two guys that arrived were young, professional, and courteous. Nice to find a roofer I can also recommend to my best friend. These days it's hard to find workers who take pride in their work anymore. However, Rescue Roofer is a genuine exception. The owner and his son visited us after a big storm and gave us an estimate to repair a prior repair which was not done right and was causing a leak into my living room. The estimate was reasonable, and we eventually scheduled the work. I am so happy we stuck with Rescue Roofer. Especially since there's clouds starting to move in to darken the skies and activate my achy bones. The converted ambulance pulled up to my house, and while it momentarily freaked the neighbors out, the kids loved it. The roofer that came out, Tim, was fair and reasonable. It was an easy fix, so instead of coming out a second time, he just finished the work while he was up there. He even cleaned up my gutter and sealed a little leak. After buying our first home here in Lodi, the house came with some extra roofing tiles, and we noticed that there was a bare spot on the roof that seemed to be unfinished. Having seen their standout company vehicles around town, (an ambulance and fire truck!) I pulled up their website http://4myleak.com and knew that they would be the perfect company to call. I called on Friday afternoon, and the owner Tim Glass came out the next morning on a Saturday. I showed him a photo, and Tim quickly pulled his ladder down to take a closer look. As soon as he got up on the roof, I was delighted to hear that not only did my roof not need repair, but was very relieved that it was in good condition. Tim not only gave me several recommendations, such as removing some of the tiles from the flat part of the roof, where they were unnecessary and would eventually lead to damage. Tim offered to help me remove the old tiles, by catching them as I tossed them down to him off the roof. Great service from an honest guy. Checked out my roof when I thought I had a bird or a rat in it, and quickly determined the wildlife had come down the cooker hood chimney on the roof, and was contained inside without risk of it getting into the roof or the house.
