Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

When my grandma was doing laundry drying clothes, my grandpa noticed that hot air wasn't coming out of the vent so he grabbed his ladder and flashlight and looked in the vent. (Thanks to his handy drone camera, I could see for myself.) Not only bad for the tiles, but extremely dangerous to walk on! When wet, it's super slippery. Since we're selling our house, I didn't want not want any issues with the inspection (nor endanger the inspector). Carlos gave a quote range and was able to squeeze in the job the very next day (it took several hours, easily half the day), and before the forecasted rain! Look at his photos and you can see the huge difference. He texted me several photos and videos during the process so I could see the progression. What a fantastic job! It took 2 days to take down and install on a 2K square foot house. One day for take down and disposal and another to install them.
