Tim is as good as it gets. With recent rains, my 20 year old roof started leaking. I called 2 other roofers from Yelp. When Tim came out, he found the issue was an pipe flashing which had cracked (I uploaded pics). He replaced this during the initial visit which was supposed to be just an estimate. Additionally he fixed 2 other flashing's which were starting to crack. He then said the new collars (flashing) are rated for 50 years! The roof is old. Damm old! The manufacturer name is hieroglyphics (ha). One of the other people I called estimated $450 for just 1 flashing! Tim was waaaaay less then that. He arrived when he said he would. Stayed in touch with texts. I started dancing roaring 20's style when he gave me the good news. As far as I am concerned, Tim bought me time before when I have to eventually replace the whole roof. When I arrived at the house early, 5 mins before the appointment, Tim was already there. I was ready to show him the leak after we greeted each other, but Tim surprised me by telling me the leak had been fixed. My roof leaked. I called Rescue Roof for rescue on Friday and was given an appointment at 4 pm on the following Monday. Tim and his assistant arrived 15 minutes ahead. I showed the interior pictures of the location and the measurement to the leaking area from one of the corner of a window. Tim and his assistant immediately accessed the roof, located the gaps and cracks of the tiles and sealed them with the caulk. I asked for the price. Tim was so generous to give me a free service. I can't believe how hard it is to find a good reliable roofer during the raining season. I contacted over dozen roofers to get an estimate on a leak on my roof and only three returned my calls. The first roofer schedule an apt with me and never shows. The second roofer came out gave me an estimate of $650 which was reasonable. I asked him if he was licensed and insured. He said yes but, when I check with the consumer affair license board his license was revoke back in 2014. Finally, I got a hold of Tim from Rescue Roofer. Tim came out to the house same week to give me a free estimate and repair the roof following week. He is honest and professional. His business is also licensed, insured and bonded. He informed me that the reason I have a leak was because the valley was too short when the builder built my house back in 2004. He charged me $1,140 for the job which he replaced the wood that was dry rotted, installed new felt and extended the valley. He had also seal all the broken tiles. Wow I feel bad about not writing this review sooner. God it's been probably like 6 months since I called them out to check on a repair for a leaking roof. He went up, and told me there was nothing to repair, although he did find a crack and sealed it for me. Didn't charge me a thing and explained to me how he reached his conclusion. A week later I had a second company come out and try to charge me about a thousand dollars for that "leak." During Thanksgiving weekend of 2017 we had some water coming out of our air vents. Tim quickly responded to my email request to come out and find the water source. He thoroughly checked the roof and determined that this was not the source of the leaks. After a few minutes discussion we determined that it was from the heating system.
