Henry was available within 24 hours so we made an appointment. He arrived when he promised and did a great job. It was obvious from the minute he showed up that he had the equipment, the skills and just a great demeanor; really nice guy. I actually messed up - I thought I had enough shingles on hand, but I didn't. Henry simply said, "no worries" and ran off to get some. When he finished, he asked for less than his estimate (which I refused. A deal's a deal and he deserved the full amount). I recommend Gómez Diaz Roofing with no hesitation. Next time I need work done, Henry will be my first and only call.

We contacted them through Yelp and received an immediate response to schedule an estimate. I met with Elias, Ezequiel's (the owner) brother for the estimate. Elias was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired and replaced. A day or so later I received the written estimate. We had 4 other companies quote us but RR felt like the right choice. They seemed to be the most realistic about what we needed and up front about how the job would be done, including any on the fly changes/repairs. We were not disappointed. They were great about communication from beginning to end. They took pictures of the work along the way and informed us of additional changes or repairs, which were handled on the spot with no additional charge. There was no guesswork or nickel and diming. They provided quality service and Ezequiel was on the job site throughout. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after each day, and worked hard to complete in a couple days with permits as well as securing flashing around our HVAC and reinforcing gutters with additional screws. We also asked to have our skylights replaced from an outdated version to a more modern updated skylight. Overall, we give Regal Roofing Solutions 5/5 stars for quality of service and communication. This is the company you need to go with for any roofing projects.

If you are in the market for a new roof, I can say with 100% confidence: LOOK NO FURTHER…read more BACKGROUND: When my spouse and I bought our house, we knew we would eventually need to get our roof replaced. We saved for a while and, like most people, shopped around for quotes. We got quotes from 6 different roofers. We have a roughly 1600 sq ft home and were quoted upwards of $23K for a roof replacement by some companies. This was not including any potential dry rot replacement or gutters, of which we figured there may have been some dry rot. We were getting really stressed out not only because of the prices we were quoted, but the lack of connection as well. This was a huge investment on our part and, while perfectly cordial, most interactions felt surface-level. That was until we had the opportunity to meet Josue. You won't find anyone else who will work harder or care more about making sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process while also offering the most affordable prices. COST: More than reasonable. After we shopped around for quotes, he not only had the best price, but also the best value. Hands down the best "bang for your buck" if this is your top priority. While very conscientious of making sure no materials were wasted and walked us through every step of the process. COMMUNICATION: Josue is not only extremely communicative, he is also a pleasure to speak to. He will get back to you within 24 hours and will answer every question you may have and address any concern as well. He is kind, professional, comprehensive, and speedily gets back to you. WORK CREW/QUALITY OF WORK: Josue's team worked expeditiously and was very mindful to make sure that any "mess" left behind was picked up at the end of each work day so we wouldn't find ourselves inconvenienced by any mess. They were sure to blow any debris away and had a large trailer to dump everything. Whenever I spoke to anyone on the crew they were each kind and communicative as well. A direct reflection/extension of what you would experience in your interactions with Josue. He really has a wonderful team. As far as the quality of work goes, the roof looks truly amazing. We are incredibly happy with the work and thankful we found Josue. Initially, we weren't sure which shingle color we would use and without hesitating, Josue offered to drop off several samples for us to use and compare so we could confidently select what we felt was best for us. The roof looks clean and is marvelously crafted. UNFORESEEN OBSTACLE: We did have a permit issue with the city regarding an overhang attachment to our home, but again, Josue went up to bat for us. I was very stressed out to hear we would not be able to move forward with this area of the house (not Josue's fault), and he calmly and patiently walked me through the process and told me not to worry that his crew could come back and knock out the area quickly at a later time. PERSONAL NOTE: Nowadays it feels rare to have such an exceptional experience with a company of any sort. It's a really big purchase and everything can admittedly seem stressful and you're worried about making such a large investment, but I'm happy to say that was not our experience with Josue and his team. They went above and beyond the call to make sure we felt comfortable, informed, taken care of, and heard. Josue even lent us his dumpster so we could get rid of a lot of personal waste we had in our backyard (of which there was a ton). He did not have to do that, but he did because that's the kind of person he is and the kind of service you will receive if you give them your business. GIVE STONERIDGE ROOFING YOUR BUSINESS! You will not be disappointed. :)

Initially I wanted just to get it repaired since I wanted to get the minimum work needed to get my Mediterranean style home to be sellable when I was ready to put my house on the market. I contacted several roof contractors on Yelp to get an estimate for a roof repairs for Spanish tiles. Some responded they were busy so never came over. A few came to inspect the damage but later ghosted and never even gave me an estimate. Manny was the one person who gave me an estimate for both a repair and a total replacement for my roof. Initially, I went with the roof repair so I could use the savings for other home projects. Manny accepted the work and his team eventually started to address and focus on the damage near my master bedroom and to get tiles that closely match my 50 year old tiles. During the work, Manny later spoke to me and shared the extent of the roof damage and recommended that I replace the whole roof rather than do the patch work Manny was willing to do. Even though the whole replacement of the roof was 4x the price of the repair, I respected Manny's knowledge and honesty that a whole new roof was the way to go. The work took two months since it took a month for the tiles to be ordered and shipped from Southern California. Manny was always easy to reach and kept me up to date on things. His workers showed up early at 7 am and ended their day around 3 pm when it got too hot. Not only did he do my roof but also the gutters that needed replacing. On the final day, Mannys team left my balcony and the area clean of dust and debris.
