I waited over a month for Marin County Court to respond to a records request submitted through…read moretheir Microsoft Form system. There's no confirmation email, no status updates, and the instructions say not to call and not to submit a second request. My request was urgent, and I live out of state, so I started looking for alternatives. One courier I contacted told me it could take up to six weeks to locate the file because it was from 1982. Then I found Chris at Marin Courier. I sent Chris all the details, and he immediately knew exactly who to speak with at the courthouse. When he arrived, he had the file in his hands within five minutes -- a night‑and‑day difference from what I had been told elsewhere. Chris is efficient, knowledgeable, and truly understands how to navigate Marin County's systems. My only regret is not calling him sooner.
