I asked her to speak directly with court clerks familiar with the case (Dennis or Anthony in Dept. 402), and even provided names of the court supervisor and manager in case she had questions -- but she refused. Instead, she disregarded my instructions and blocked the delivery entirely, undermining the urgency and time-sensitive nature of the filing. Krystin's refusal to cooperate, listen, or defer to the party who actually understands the case was completely unprofessional. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to seek out a more reliable and respectful provider.
